Easy Purchase, Confusing Installation
The purchase process was very easy. However, the installation was not very intuitive. After scanning the QR code, I was unsure whether the eSIM had been installed correctly and whether my other SIM had been deactivated. Including a short installation video would make the process much clearer. Customer support should also be easier to reach and communicate with when assistance is needed.

Easy multi country Plan
Great service that offered a seamless internet connection through my whole trip in Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, Georgia, China (mainland, surprisingly!) and Hong Kong.
Once the e-sim started working (a bit tricky) I had no more issues with internet anywhere 👍
