Finally eSIM sorted

Finally eSIM sorted. They sent a new one in the end. Bukola was great. The new eSIM could have been sent earlier rather than going through so many changes to my phone settings but otherwise good

Great experience

I used Holafly for my recent trip, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Setting up the eSIM was incredibly easy, and the customer service team was so helpful right from the beginning. Throughout my entire trip the connection remained excellent...the speed and overall data quality were top-notch, even when I was on the move. To top it all off, the price was very reasonable for the reliable service I got. I didn't have to worry about data for a single second. Will definitely use Holafly again.

Simple and affordable

This was an easy and affordable way of having unlimited data when I travelled to Canada. It was simple to purchase and set up and I had no connection issues for my entire trip.

Easy Purchase, Confusing Installation

The purchase process was very easy. However, the installation was not very intuitive. After scanning the QR code, I was unsure whether the eSIM had been installed correctly and whether my other SIM had been deactivated. Including a short installation video would make the process much clearer. Customer support should also be easier to reach and communicate with when assistance is needed.
