We’ve just got back from our multi-stop holiday to Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Dubai. Hannah planned everything perfectly for us—the hotels were amazing, and we even managed to get an upgrade in the Maldives.

I've just got back from my second multi-centre holiday with eShores, this time to Japan, and I genuinely can't fault them at all. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Chris on both trips I've booked through them and he's just fab. From answering my 1000 questions and changing details multiple times for us (which I'm sure was a pain), to providing great knowledge on the places we visited, I can't sing his praises enough. All the hotels and transport we booked were great and the whole process is so easy. My friends who I went with on this trip were so impressed with everything he'd booked for us as well and I'll definitely be back in contact to book our next trip. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to go on holiday, whether it's a multi-centre trip or not :)

We have just returned from Vietnam, what a Fantastic experience. Dave did us proud, from initial booking plus enabling tweaks we requested. Everything went like clockwork, flights, transfers, hotels etc. one thing that amazed me, we had a call from EShores out of hours whist sitting in hotel lobby in Phu Quoc to let us know our transfer flight to Bangkok was delayed by one hour, how good is that? Thanks once again EShores for a fantastic 3rd trip booked with yourselves

My sister used eShores to book her trip to Bali a few years ago, so i decided to give them a call to assist in planning my trip to Thailand. I spoke to Rachel who was fantastic. She listened to what i wanted and made some great suggestions. Within a couple of hours of our conversation, she sent me 3 itineraries of which 1 was almost perfect and i just tweaked very slightly. We had a fabulous holiday and i wouldn't hesitate in using eShores again

eShores arranged a brilliant itinerary and made all the bookings for us for our recent trip to Vietnam. Everything went exactly as planned and we could not have had a better time. From the initial advice we received, to the flexibility shown over our flight and hotel preferences, to the 100% accuracy of all the bookings, tickets, trips, transfers etc, eShores could not have done a better job for us. A big thanks to Nick and we will definitely use eShores again.

Dealt with Rachel regarding a multi centre holiday to America and was very impressed with her effort and attention to detail when trying to sort out various hotels and room types and flights to suit our needs .There was alot of to-ing and fro-ing and not once did it seem like a job too big for Rachel who always remained calm and friendly when we spoke on the phone . Rachel is a credit to E-Shores and we hope to cross paths again in the future.

The communication was excellent from first booking to amendments on our itinerary as well as follow up on returning from our trip. All flights, pre arranged car pick ups from and to airports on time and hotels were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend e shores travel for their breadth of knowledge regarding the places we visited, support package ( not required!) as well as the excellent customer service.

Michelle was very friendly and helped organise our whole trip to Thailand including flights, transfers and hotels. Communication was great and everything ran smoothly. We had an amazing holiday with no stress as everything was taken care of.

Andy from e shore made our holiday put it all together for us pick ups hotels and flights, and it all just worked amazing beautiful hotels. Can't thank Andy enough for making our hoilday the best to date.

The itinerary Hannah pulled together was perfect from flights and transfers as we moved around 4 locations to the hotels and locations in each place we visited.
We had a slight communication issue with transfers in one location but Hannah was quick to answer our emails and pick up directly with the hotel to confirm and sort everything out.
This is our 3rd time using Hannah for a Asia trip and we'll defiantly be using her again.

Chris our Agent was excellent front start to finish, nothing was ever an issue, he planned our package holiday and listened to our families requirements/needs and also made suggestions for trips which would suite everyone. He was alway on hand to answer any questions, fantastic service from start to finish would defo recommend booking with Chris and eShores company 100%

We have had the most fantastic holiday, all booked by Andy.
Everything went smoothly from the flights to the transfers and the hotels.
The hotels were perfectly situated, away from too much activity but still within distance to main attractions.
We would certainly book through e-shore again.

This was our first experience with Eshores and Michelle was so friendly from the start and her help and support throughout was really appreciated. Her knowledge of Sydney helped us to plan things for our holiday of a lifetime. We had a wonderful holiday in Singapore, Sydney and Gold Coast. Everything we asked for was arranged. Our apartment in Sydney the Adina Town Hall was amazing. Central location and beautifully furnished following a recent renovation. I have already recommended her to 2 family members to plan their holidays for next year and I wouldn't hesitate in contacting her again to book us another holiday.

The whole holiday felt very personalised and individual, and we really appreciated the peace of mind of having all our transport between destinations arranged. It made the trip so much more relaxing.

Emily's fantastic help and time in organising everything was very much appreciated. Her attention to detail sorting our accommodation and travel arrangements was professional and superb and any queries or requests were always answered promptly. We are looking forward to arranging our next holiday with eshores.

The planned itinerary was exactly what we asked for and we enjoyed a full action packed 2 weeks of adventures in South Africa along the Garden Route. Along the way we had a couple of unexpected experiences and Chris always replied promptly with knowledgable advice to help us arrive at the solutions that were best for us.

We appreciate the all round support that Eshores provides. We are already considering new destinations for the future and will be discussing these with Chris soon for him to work his Eshores magic. Many thanks to Chris and the team.

This was the first time I had booked with eshores and definitely not the last! I loved that I could choose my dates and had a choice of low mid or high range hotels.
We went to Venice then a train to Rome. The hotel locations were great at both.
We've already booked another holiday with Eshores.

This is the 3rd holiday Andy has done for us. This one being a little more special as it was our honeymoon. The holiday was perfectly created to exactly what we wanted from activities to a peaceful tranquil environment. Andy listens to all of our needs and wants and made this holiday one never to forget! We had never used eShores before and I was a little scepitcal at first as I didnt know of the company. How wrong was I to doubt such a professional and brilliant company.
We were thinking of Vietnam, Ho Chi Min , Hanoi and a costal area and Michelle's expertise and knowledge of the area was brilliant, she guided me through everything I needed to know before going and was so patient when I emailed her in a panic wanting to make changes (quite often )
I cannot sing her praises enough, she put together a great package and seemed to know exactly what we were looking for and well within our budget.
Michelle recommended the Famiana Spa Resort in Phu Quoc which was an absolutely charming little oasis to relax in after the hustle and bustle of HCM
We thoroughly enjoyed this quiet traditionally decorated little place, it was spotlessly clean the food was good and the staff were wonderfully helpful
There is a little launderette next door to the Famiana resort where we got all our bits washed and dried and smelling gorgeous for about £4.
There are also plenty of other larger hotels if your looking for something with more modern decor and extra amenities.
The night market is definately worth a visit and easliy located by Grab the Uber equivalent .
I would advise people to get out there whilst they can since Phu Quoc was voted Asia's most beautiful island and the third most beautiful in the world in Condé Nast Traveler's 2025 Readers' Choice Awards. It was also named the world's second-best island.
It will now likely start to get much busier, we went just at the end of the rainy season and it was fairly quiet with only a few tourists.
Vietnam really is worth visiting , there is so much history the old architecture is stunning and the juxtaposition of the old and new buildings adds further interest .
The people were charming and the traffic terryfying at first but after a few hours you realise its very safe to cross as the locals drive around you.
We did the hop on hop off tour buses as well as a few trips , I would definately recommend the tour buses as the cities are large and you get to see so much more.
Michelle also arranged for us to do a 2 day 1 night trip on Halong Bay, another absolute must if your visiting because the photos off the internet cannot capture the truly serene beauty that is Halong Bay.
And finally another shout out to the fabulous Michellle for sorting out an upgrade for our flight home at very short notice and over a weekend with a six hour time difference ... eShores ...what more can I say , fantastic travel agents , check them out for your next trip , we certainly will be.

We've recently returned from our Athens and two Greek Island (Hydra and Spetses) holiday arranged by Anna at eshores.
From initial enquiry, we found Anna's efficiency and friendly advice throughout very helpful.
All travel arrangements (ferries, flights and taxis) were spot on, tickets were prepared and sent to us as promised a couple of weeks before departure. All our hotels were really nice and in great locations.
I would definitely recommend this company. 👌

Communication was first class, making booking and amendments very easy.
The different members of staff were very helpful and efficient especially Nick who dealt with the planning and had lots of helpful suggestions making it a very memorable holiday as everything ran like clockwork went extremely smoothly from flights , buses, ferries and hotels. They were very competitive on their pricing - offering us options on different levels of accommodation.
Korcola was stunning, unfortunately the hotel Marco Polo was our least favourite hotel- they upgraded our room from a double room with sea view
( without informing us) to a junior suite the view wasn't the best we felt that we had been given a room nobody wanted - made a complaint they were unable to help us as they said they were full. The hotel felt cold, dated and breakfast was on the poor side. On the other hand hotel Marul in Split was fabulous, super room wonderful breakfast and amazing staff situated and perfect location situated in the heart of the city.
Perfect location at Etno Gardens for exploring the Plitvic Lakes.
Wouldn't hesitate in using Eshores again when we need to plan our next trip.
