I’ve decided to give that service a chance, but you should be very careful and I’ll tell you why.
All of this “we’ll create your own unique color for you, our colorist will reach you out if there’ll be any questions” is just a marketing bullsh**.
When I’ve made my order, I clearly stated in the notes, that I want my ginger color just a little bit brighter and what’s more important I want it to look natural. When I got my box, I found out, that there’s two completely different colors. First one is 70% blonde+15% ginger+15% red, and the second one 80% ginger+20% red. I asked the support, why is that (I ordered only one color) and if the second color will be enough to cover my whole length. They were hesitant to answer, I even had to threaten them with a lawyer to have my answer, but I finally got it. They’ve said, that two different colors somehow should make my color even (???) on the whole length, if I would color different parts of my hairs with two different colors. And also, that the second colors alone should be enough to cover it all. So I took the second color, the one that I really wanted, and applied it.
When I looked at it in the mirror after I was crying, absolutely devastated. The beautiful, naturally looking ginger I had before was gone. Now I look like a daughter of clown Pennywise and Little Mermaid, or like I’m wearing a really cheap wig of a chemical grapefruit red color. And obviously the amount of second color in the box was not enough to cover the whole length, they either lied to me on purpose about that or just unprofessional scammers. So there’s like several different tones I have on my hair, it looks like a complete mess.
All of this leads me to a conclusion, that this is just a bunch of scammers, using marketing to sell you their sh*** hair dye. There’s no real colorists behind that, best case scenario it’s just some random people mixing random chemicals for your hair. Don’t make the same mistake, as I did, don’t trust them.

This colour was so easy to use, and so handy having everything you need in 1 box. I'll never go back to salon prices, amazing colour and coverage. It blended seamlessly.

Perfect! They kept adapting my color until I completely happy with it and the subscription makes it so easy, the fact that you do not have to worry over the purchase is awesome!

Nice colours and very professional and friendly staff-Quick and easy problem solving. Easy access to your account and possibility of changing your color, shipping time ,etc.

I opened my dye to apply to my hair when it exploded covering everything in my bathroom. I never experienced this before just one mega explosion. Now my bathroom needs a complete paint job as the dye is impossible to remove. I am very disappointed with your product.

I use the esalon's colour to do my roots and highlights between salon's visits and my hairdresser thinks the colour is as good as hers! I recently changed my hair colour and my esalon stylist made the changes for me. It's a brilliant service. I can keep a perfect hair colour for much less than in salon price.

I love the color eSalon prepare and send to me, but sometimes the parcel have been lost, and I have had to wait way too much to have my color done.

Love the subscription service, it’s right on schedule every month and the most convenient way to get hair colour ready every 5-6 weeks. Great idea and they will gladly listen to you and change anything at all you require?

I find e salon very easy to deal with grey listen to what you want and prefer and can change your colour or tone at any time you ask them to.

I am really loving the colour mix that we are using now and the product always give my hair that just been to the salon feel

Love my eSalon colour. It’s a perfect match to the long lengths and is so easy to apply. I can change my delivery timing to suit the growth of my hair and add on extras light treatments if needed. Highly recommend.

Everything great as always but the tone of the color which was too mahogany instead of strawberry which I like. I appreciate the free ends refresher.
