Whereas the product in itself is great and the service and support I got at the start was positive, I have experienced that 1) the dye does not cover greys as well as it should and 2) I have reached out 3 times after my last application, to request tweaking so I can get better coverage and I have not yet received any reply.

I am really very satisfied. eSalon fulfilled all my wishes and I was able to try different colors that were prepared for my hair. My hair is beautiful, healthy, better and my color suits me very well. Everything is prepared directly to measure from really high-quality products.

I love the colour
