If you are a blonde please tread…

If you are a blonde please tread carefully before making a purchase. I ordered lightest blonde and the colour has turned out as a grey sludge. I am in utter shock! At least a box dye comes out the colour on the box. Don’t be fooled by the slick advertising as I was, it’s smoke and mirrors! I now need to spend again to get my colour fixed!

Awful

Awful. Keep taking direct debits from my account despite me emailing to cancel it. Ignoring all of my emails. Do not get involved with this scam. £50 lost so far.

You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a box dye girl for as long as I’ve been dying my hair. Esalon were advertising on social media for a great starting price so I researched and signed up. I genuinely will never go back to off the shelf box dye! The colour has so much more depth and shine. The colour mix is perfect and the coverage is so much more even.

Easy to order and great communication. You get an email before they process your next order asking if there's any changes you want to make. You can upload photos. The colour is great and my hair looks so shiny and looks and feels healthy

Great products

The packaging is very nice and I love that it's personalised to you. The product itself was really nice, no horrible smell, not runny like other hair dyes so it's easy to apply. The instructions are clear and I liked that they included two sets of gloves and that they weren't the cheap plastic bag type ones you normally get. The stain protector and remover was super handy and worked so well! So much better than using vaseline! The
shampoo and conditioner you get with it smells amazing. The colour result was perfect, my hair feels very soft and shiny. I would highly recommend.

Doesn't cover grey

While I typically do not leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience in this case.

Unfortunately, I found the quality of this product to be very disappointing. It did not effectively cover grey hair, which I believe is a key function it should fulfill. Although the packaging is visually appealing and the branding is clearly well-developed, the actual performance of the product did not meet expectations.

Additionally, my kit included two conditioner sachets instead of one shampoo and one conditioner, which suggests a lack of quality control.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A product's success should be built on its performance rather than marketing alone. If improvements are made to the formula, I believe it could gain more loyal customers.

Great service and good quality product

Great interaction with the experts to find the right blend- great quality product and directions for use. Responded well to feedback and sent me a product to help with an issue I had after first use. Good value for money. Only frustration is that the website does not show the colour palette available and that would make it easier to say what look I am after and any changes I want for my next order.

Don’t buy it

Don’t buy it , very disappointed, i did order a personalised hair dye without ammonia and no ppd. When i open it it smells very strong as ammonia, i used it because i trusted is no ammonia then i had a severe allergic reaction severe redness on all my scalp . After few weeks this company order the product for me again , i don’t know how because i didn’t place any order only o seen the money was taken from my account and received email my order is on my away , i was very shocked, so be careful. I sent emails to explain i don’t want the product any more and had a reaction but no one is answering to email , trying to phone but the number is wrong . I live in Uk so don’t do the same mistake , product is no good , then they will order it for you and take money from you then nobody will answer to any emails, phone number or facebook messenger

Very pleased with first purchase

This was my first purchase from e-salon. I found the website easy to use and was pleased with the product received. Colour was just what I wanted and has lasted longer than a shop bought product. Very pleased and will reorder.

The colour was just right

The colour was just right, and the results looked very natural. I was impressed by the results. I never recommended to my friends anything, but i was so happy that i wanted to share the finding with them so they could also experience great results at affordable prices. The instructions were so clear and the technique itself of colouring plus the colour mix was at a professional level. Thats probably why the results were like going to a professional salon. It really is worth the risk of trying. i dont think i can trust anyone else with my hair anymore.
