Good company to deal with. We are really pleased with the quality and comfort of the conservatory suite.
Delivery service was excellent. Kept informed at all times with an accurate time of delivery. All furniture coverings unwrapped and taken away.

Absolutely beautiful covers made in quick time. I wanted a fabric that had been discontinued but the communication was excellent in offering to do this job for me. My chairs have been given a new lease of life! Thank you

The process was very professional and the service was excellent.

I had so many questions, unsure about spending so much money online and not having seen or felt the product "for real". Every question was answered promptly by Mark, who gave me a great price and discount. Delivery super quick. Much faster than others who can quote 6 - 8 weeks. Two guys delivered, removed packaging and took it away. The furniture is better than I expected (I have rarely been lucky ordering stuff on line), and we are absolutely delighted with it. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you from a very happy customer.

I now have two three seater Vale sofas and one two seater. Our conservatory isn't huge... one of them is in another room! Before ordering the third one, I contacted customer service (the excellent David replied) to ensure that it would be exactly the same as the others, and it was. Every part of the enquiry, order, and delivery system was customer focussed, friendly and expertly managed. The sofas are everything I wanted them to be, the quality and workmanship are superb. Thank you Desser for helping to turn a house into a home.

High quality. I have recently taken delivery of a pair of Viola Chairs for use in my new conservatory. They are firm yet extremely comfortable. These cane chairs seem to be very well made and robust enough to withstand the rigours of daily life. Almost good enough for my lounge.

Easy to order, good quality product and delivery.

The quality of our conservatory furniture is much better build quality than we have seen at garden centres. The sofa and chairs are extremely comfortable with great lumbar support and very good cushioning.Overall we could not be more pleased with the stylish good looks and comfort. The two delivery drivers were excellent and took all the packaging away. This was first class experience and very competitive pricing for the quality.

Furniture delivered on time but not unpacked as per instructions. Furniture itself is very good quality and very happy with it. Packed extremely well.
