Everyone we dealt with starting with Kyle Chadwick , field representative , Dustin Smith office administrator, Ryan Kelly installation manager and Peter Gausmann head installer were all very professional where they talk to through the whole process. These guys need to be acknowledged because they did a very great job.
The day of the install on the roof they removed all the shingles they covered up all the landscaping around the house and had the old shingles off in 45 minutes. The crew cleaned up the area very quickly and the new roof was installed in one day. Peter mentioned that we had to change our skylights we had three so he went and picked up three and they installed all new skylights in the roof. Clean up was fantastic they even ran magnets around the house multiple times to get them all picked up they loaded the dumpster with everything and they couldn't pick the dumpster up until Monday but that was okay because they installed was on Friday. Wife and I are very satisfied with our new roof it looks a whole lot better than standing steel and when work very glad that we went with Erie homes and their metal roof system. From the start I thought the insulation price was a little high but after everything was finished The look of the new roof and the time it took them to do it was a great investment.
Shout out to the crew that installed they were friendly very professional and work very hard only taking a lunch break couldn't ask for anything better.
Only negative thing I have is when Kyle did the estimate indicated that everything was included for the install including decking if it replacement The shingles and the Labor. I asked Kyle to see an estimate on everything needed to do my roof and he indicated that he couldn't individually break it down because everything's included in one lump sum based on the size of my roof, I feel this needs to relooked at All materials in labor to install a new roof. Kyle also indicated that a review will be done after the process and if material wasn't needed they'll be a refund, this never happened. Peter made me sign a completion form before he left on that Friday night so on Monday I called the office because my roof replacement did not have any new decking put down because all mine was in good shape so I asked Dustin Smith about the process and he indicated they only needed $120 worth a decking it was part of the estimate and that is for me to hard to believe but I can accept it. Dustin indicated that they owed me $120 back again it's hard to believe that's all they had in the estimate for decking but I Iaccepted it Dustin indicated that he lived in Lancaster and he would drop off the $120 check to me. As of May 19th I haven't seen Dustin or my check. Again this is the only negative thing I have on the whole process.
Overall I would highly recommend Erie homes through replace with a metal roof.
Part of the process was to replace all my gutters Leaf Filter arrived on Tuesday April 21st where they removed all the old gutters and started install of the new gutters and they came back on the 22nd and finished it up. The crew that did our gutters were fantastic and did a very very great job with the install cleaned up their mess and the wife and I are very pleased.

Love our new roof! Awesome Communications by the Field Representative, Office Administrator, Installation Manager, and Installers. They replaced boards under shingles, repaired areas of the roof that were originally designed incorrectly and installed beautiful Fiberglass Asphalt Shingles in a Glacier color. After installation was complete and I inspected everything, I asked the installers to return to fix a few minor issues and they returned the next day and resolved everything. Very impressed and glad we now have a 30 year warranty and a company I can call if there are any future issues. Thank you, Bryan, Amar, Nick, and Luis. Very impressed with your team work and support.

They did everything they said they would during the sales presentation. The installers worked hard during the long hours they were on the roof. A team of experienced roofers working together.

A skilled and coordinated crew arrived as scheduled, finishing the job within 10 hours. Wood underlayment was replaced as contracted with additional work done on some facia board at no additional expense. Material quality exceeds code, by far. Erie corporate stands by their work, have years of experience doing it, and I'm confident they will continue for a long time.

The company showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up, and left,just as expected.

Workers arrived ready to work at 6:30am. Replaced large roof in one day. Cleaned up and you couldn't tell they had there.

I highly recommend Erie Homes. The sales person Adam was very knowledgeable and professional without pressuring you. The project manager Christian oversaw every step in the installation process and installers. The installers were quick, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. Erie Homes is the place to go!

Final Product looks great! I only gave 4 stars due to the following: Warranty on paper does not match what was presented during the sales pitch. Be sure to inspect the roof as the roof progresses. I am a capable person, and have some roofing/construction experience, so I inspected the underlayment that was applied and found "imperfections" that needed to be addressed before shingles went on. The Project Supervisor agreed, and these were fixed. I feel that if I would not have done this, these issues would have been covered up.

Quality looks good ,time will tell if it meets the long term life projections. on paper it is a superior roofing system that should last 25 years

I made the right decision when I chose Erie Home for my roofing project. A sales consultant and roofing specialist visited my home to consult with me and educate me on the damage to my roof, Erie Home's product and how each piece was designed to protect my home. It's important to note that I have a disability and am unable to climb into the attic myself. They took pictures of the damage so that I could see it for myself. The roofing team arrived on time and worked until dark the first day making sure to cover items like my deck, hedges, etc. They worked efficiently and professionally taking pictures of the entire process. When they left on the second day, my yard, deck and ramp were free of debris, and I had a brand-new roof!

Work was done at a price point that was acceptable with an impressive warranty.
I was happy with the sales representatives rundown of the quality and selection of products offered and the company's history.
The installation went well for me with the crew keeping me update on progress.

Only slight negatives would be that the original install date had to be pushed back several days, and that I found several nails in the driveway once the dumpster was removed after work was completed.

The team was quick, efficient and the process was easy. My new roof was on within 3 weeks of first contact. The team was professional and friendly. Thanks Erie Homes.

The experience we had was wonderful. From Stephen and Aiden coming to our home and explaining everything that would need to be done to our roof, showing us the pictures of where it was bad.
Then when the crew came to replace our roof they were very polite and considerate. They worked hard and efficiently. Thank you to all involved.

The crew arrived as scheduled, worked well together. They also did an exceptional job picking up all the debris from the roof shingle tear off, including using magnetic bars attached to long handles to pick up nails in the gardens and lawn. They wrapped up replacing the roof with new shingles by 3 pm the same day. It looks wonderful. Thank you!
