I just want to say a big thank you to Ergonomist for the ease of ordering online, the amazing quick delivery and for the quality of my chair and my sit, stand desk that I bought in the sale.
I was absolutely blown away by their service.
Both my chair and desk were packed well and included easy to follow instructions for assembly which I did alone. The quality of the products were just what I was hoping for!

I had looked for hours... for suitable products before coming across Ergonomist. I had never heard of this company before.
Prior to ordering I was a little apprehensive as the pricing of my items were far less than the competitors.
I needn't have worried.
I am one very happy customer who really hopes this company succeed as a business in these times.
I have not been paid to write this and from my experience I would recommend this company to family, friends and anyone who is looking for a quality service and quality products.

At the beginning very kind and offered a refund or 20% back and keep the pillow, when I said the pillow unfortunately did not suit me and my neck as it gave me migraines so I would like to return it for full compensation . I was told I had to pay for the return and it had to come in the exact form sent and once they saw it was okay they would give me a refund however it might not be the full amount due to not being in the correct packaging so overall not very happy.

Excellent quality desk, very sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble and electronic height adjustment is quick and seamless. Following a few delivery issues with the courier, Alex from Ergonomist's Customer Service was excellent, ensuring the issue was fully resolved and the item was delivered as quickly as possible. Very pleased.

I pre-ordered a desk to arrive today. I checked at 2pm and the delivery company hadn't received my order. I spent 3 hours on the webchat with no compensation and only an offer of a free bit of tat with my order. I tried to cancel the order but was told it wasn't possible. I was waiting for 2 hours for 'upper management' to possibly make a good will payment to me. I was blanked until after closing time with no update even though I was promised I'd get one.

From start to finish dealing with your customer service was a horrible experience which has made moving into a new house more stressful taking 3 hours out of my day with incredibly long response windows and information that is later backtracked on. I would avoid this company. They've annoyed me so much I've written my first review in years to warn others.

I'll happily update if the outcome changes, but so far it's been really poor.

Worst company ever dealt with.

Honestly, shocking experience. I’ve got multiple items from them. Faulty motor. They asked me to send evidence. Done that. Seem to have excuse after excuse. 4 days taken off work on 4 different occasions to pick up faulty desk since they wanted the whole thing back. Lied about courier pick up with no evidence after asking for it costing me money and time.

Avoid this company at all cost.

I purchased a height-adjustable desk from Ergonomist which unfortunately turned out to be faulty after assembly.

To their credit, the company did offer a refund or replacement, and the communication throughout was polite and professional.

However, the process when things go wrong is where my experience fell short. The desk had to be fully dismantled and repackaged for return, which was not a straightforward task given its size and complexity. I had to arrange help to assemble and then dismantle the desk, which resulted in additional costs.

In the end, I chose a refund rather than risk going through the same process again with a replacement. While the refund has been processed, I have been left out of pocket and with no desk.

I made a modest request for a small contribution towards these costs, but this was declined. A £15 discount on a future purchase was offered instead, which is of no value to me as I would not choose to purchase again.

In summary, while Ergonomist meets its basic obligations, the overall experience highlights the practical difficulties and potential costs involved if a large item turns out to be faulty. This is something prospective customers should carefully consider before purchasing.

I'm very happy with the new stand up desk. Ordering it was very straightforward and it definitely meets my expectations. It's a solid and well built product, and looks great!
I initially had a problem with the lifting mechanism which failed, but I was given very prompt and clear instructions from the very helpful customer service on how to resolve the issue and the desk is now fully functioning.

I bought a pillow from Ergonomist but unfortunately it wasn't suitable for me. I messaged them a few days after receiving to initiate a refund which they responded to very promptly. Unfortunately I then had to travel for a family emergency and missed the deadline for sending back for a refund. I emailed them and explained the situation, asking for a grace period and offering to send some evidence. They were extremely sympathetic to my situation and allowed me to return the pillow. I just checked my bank account and the refund has been issued. No issues with this company at all. Very good customer care.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They advertise next day shipping yet took well over a week to ship my product, it was delivered within 24 hours but it took them far too long to ship, it seems to be a dropshipping company.

I paid extra for my product to be pre-assembled but it arrived faulty and unfit for use. It wobbles and squeaks so loud that my neighbours reported me to the landlord!

I requested a return, exchange or refund well over 2 months ago and have been ignored and ghosted since.

Today my bank provided a full refund and have disputed the transaction.

I won’t use this company again.

The items I bought a desk and chair are of a very high quality for the price. It was all easy to assemble and I am recommending Ergonomist to friends and work colleagues. The after sales service is fanatastic, I was unable to build the items for a good few months and had an issue with missing part. Contacted the team and they arranged replacements to be sent with no charge which is great and welcomed after such a long time since purchase.

I had previously written a poor review regarding stock availability and delivery which I am now happy to delete. The team at Ergonomist explained a sequence of events that led to my issue which I am happy to accept, as their subsequent promises all came true.
I purchased a rise and fall desk which arrived yesterday. The product is very good quality, sturdy and comfortable to sit or stand at while working.
It came with very clear assembly instructions and I was able to build it and be working at it in under an hour. Thank you to Alex at the team at Ergonomist, problems happen from time to time - I accept that, it’s how matters are resolved which is important, and you’ve done well by me.

A 46th Birthday present for my daughter Stephanie and she's absolutely delighted with it.

Avoid this company. It's a failed fraudulent "drop shopping" company. They don't have the items in stock. They falsely advertise and keep your money and pretend they have "courier issues" They say it's Parcel force login issues, but I e contacted Parcel force there's no such thing. They are not a UK registered business either. I will be filing small court order against them.

Don't bother they are awful. I ordered a treadmill for wifes birthday and used them as they advertise next day delivery. Hours later i got an email saying they cant deliver in 24 hours and don't know when item will be delivered. You cant call anyone they don't email back. I Have no idea if and when i will get my order they are lucky to get 1 Star.

I ordered an item that I require urgently to manage a medical condition. I paid much more to buy it from Ergonomist than an equivalent item would cost from another vendor, but I needed next day delivery so the item should be delivered today. However they contacted me after I placed the order to say I won't get it today, in fact they seem unable to tell me anything helpful about when I might get it. I have informed them that I want to cancel my order and get a refund but they have not responded to my message. My first experience of using this company and it's very disappointing indeed.

Update - the item was delivered late which was highly inconvenient and the communication about when I might expect the delivery was poor, it just turned up one day. However I am pleased with it and I’ve been sent a complementary accessory to make up for the inconvenience. Hence revising my score from one star to three stars.

Very happy. Husband got slightly irritable setting it up but it looks very
good and I am very happy with purchase. Price seems very reasonable
compared to other similar options
