I god send

I god send. I've been struggling with my shoulder and this keyboard really helps we to have enough space between to enjoy typing again. Great product.

Great experience

Martin was lovely and showed me how to use all the equipment really well, he was patient and kind. Also he coped really well with our barky dog!

Incredible, friendly, knowledgeable service.

Osmond Ergonomics were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process of ordering, delivering, and installing my equipment. Martin explained everything to know about my equipment, especially my chair, very thoroughly and clearly and I am overall just so very impressed and appreciative of the amazing service I experienced from the company as a whole and Martin as an individual on the installation. I love my desk and chair

I love my desk and chair. Great equipment indeed.Martin was brilliant. He explained everything and made sure it was set up to my satisfaction. Highly recommend the service. A great experience

Staff are super friendly and the service was great. They are keen to “get it right” for you as an individual.
A little longer than anticipated for install but worth the wait. I love the set up and it will really help me.
Martin Webb came and did the install - he was lovely. What a great member of staff you have!

No instructions and slight defect

There should have been instructions on how to put the Motus 6000 together, which would have saved us considerable time. We managed to work it out and really like the desk. After assembly we did notice the corner of the desk was slightly damaged but we decided we could live with it as we didn't want to take the whole thing apart, even though we were offered a replacement by an excellent customer services agent. Other than that, it looks really classy, and the push button is easy to use. I would have given it 5/5 had it come with instructions (which there are, we were just unlucky to not receive ours) and no defect, however, the customer service was great.

Please accept our apologies that no instructions were included with your desk - they should have been. We have now changed our procedure so that anyone who orders the Motus 6000 will be sent a link to a 'How to Assemble Your Desk' video to avoid any future recurrence of this issue. I have also emailed this to you for information - sorry it is too late to assist with your desk assembly.
In respect of your damaged desk top, we are more than happy to arrange a warranty replacement. We wouldn't need the faulty one returned, it can just be disposed of.

Kevin Elkins delivered and helped set up the ergonomics equipment needed. He was very polite and helped to walk me through the positioning of the chair and how to ensure it suits me. He is very knowledgeable and even noticed during the walkthrough the need for further assistance and was able to sort this instantly for me. Thank you Kevin!
