It’s not always simple and straightforward when buying a property in the UK. That’s why ERE can help. Both Robert and Sharon are very attentive. Once you have reserved a property, Sharon will closely follow-up with you all the way during the conveyancing process until the contract is exchange. She will also liaise with the appointed solicitor and that can be a massive relief.

Sharon has been very helpful throughout the process, I have now exchanged and pending complete. Hope it all goes smooth as well.
