I accidently signed up for a 3day trial subscription on the idea that I was led into thinking I was on the right track. To my disappointment I had filled in the information and was charged $4nzd which was $6.71usd without realizing the link sent was incorrect. I then continued to find the source site that had charged me. It came up with ereadybook. I read the reviews and a lot of them were saying SCAM. I felt like I was done for and they'd continue to charge me and I wouldn't be able to stop it other than thru my bank. I didn't want to cancel another card as this ok one was like the 5th card they issued because of their security matters. However upon locating the source that had charged me. I emailed and sent a message to cancel my subscription and account a lovely team member by the name Emily Thompson did not hesitate to assist me and get my irresponsible web tapping matter resolved immediately. This girl needs a raise 💲💲💲So I just want to thank you Emily for all your help on putting my mind at ease and helping me rectify my issue. 5⭐s from me gurl 😊

I have been scammed by them. I did NOT sign up to them or a free trial, didn't know they existed. They have been taking £42 every month when trying to talk to them they wasn't bothered that they have commited fraud and theft

I have been scammed by this company again £34.90 each time
I contacted my bank to stop one which was pending
But today another £34.90 they have collected although I changed my bank card
I decided to freeze my card
It’s absolutely disgusting this company
And we have no help from the bank each time
It’s was I think 1p purchase to read a clip from apple app
Don’t use this company and apple app to purchase 1p clicks

It appeared on my bank statement £42!!! Have no ideea who they are. I am trying to dispute this with my bank. And another charge they tried to take £42 , but is pending as it’s gone over my limit…. Crazy!!!! I am trying to cut my expenses and save as much as I can, so I constantly check my bank and know exactly what I spend. This 2 charges came out of nowhere!!!

You get money from my accont and for what?

I clicked to get a parking permit from a London council. They took a £1. Now two days later, £42. They had the same name as the parking people, RingGo. Beware, make sure the council’s emblem is on the website.

I have no idea how these scammers got my details but they did. Twice in 48 hours they have tried to take £35 out of my account. Luckily my bank are vigilant and blocked my card TWICE, I didn't even receive the first one! I had an email from them saying click to unsubscribe (even though I never did subscribe) but am too scared to click that button for fear of all of my details going to them. It's disgusting!!! TO SAY I AM FUMING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!

Also just noticed ereadybooks.com have been taking £42 for months without me subscribing or knowing. Horrendous! No idea how they got my details the robbing Bs! Shocking! THIEVES! I've had no service, no books - NOTHING!! HOW CAN THEY DO THIS??????

Same as every REAL reviewer on here, this company is a SCAM ....!!
Avoid at all costs
I paid £1 for access to an ebook...they then started taking £42 after 2 days, Then £42 per month after that. Fortunately my acct was a back up so had minimal funds & the 3rd payment failed. Monzo stepped in refunded the money. Only inconvenience had to block card & order a new one.

42 pound took out my account anyone else know how to get this back not happy

These people have just taken £42 out of my account which I did not authorize....will not refund it

Scammers, please be aware of them. They using different clothing websites and when you purchase and pay for them you never receive the goods because are fake websites using brand names such as Riverisland.com
They take from my account £42.00. When I try to dispute they told me that I registered with them which is lie. Please be aware, they are scammers even the phone number is fake.

I was surprised when l checked my bank account this morning,to find $74.00 stolen by ereadybooks from my account l would appreciate its return

Iam not very happy with the service because I have told you lots of times to cancel my order but you are still sending the books and you are charging me .and I don't want any more and you can return the money has well .don't send any more thanks .

Don't even want to give it a star scamming f@#k#r$ they piggybacked me into a subscription I didn't want they took a load of money off me and have refused to give it back they have even blocked my chat on customer service don't go anywhere near this site id give it minus infinity stars

I rang the bank and they stopped it however they can still take payments the SCAMMING LITTLE C*NT.

If I could give minus for this company I would, I never signed up yet have taken money from my account and now won't give it back! Now having to deal with the fraud team from my bank as I never signed up to this company!

Was a rip off.was accidentally subscribed by sibling playing with phone and I was charged for an account that was never used.had to take to ombudsman to resolve the matter.not a good site.please be very carefully of scams like this.they stole hundreds of dollars from me.not at all happy.will be blogging on every site I can to warn people about fraudulent accounts and fees.thanks Ereadybooks.😔

Sent an email claiming to be Disney+ saying
Sorry we couldn’t take your payment this month your subscription has been suspended you can extend it for 90 days for sum of £1.00 which they had my Bank card details a ready took the £1.00 out then tried to take 3 payments of £44.86 my bank red flagged it and got in contact with to say suspicious activity on my bank account they said to Ereadybooks.com had tried to take £44.86 out 3 times in the space of a few minutes and took a further payment of £44.86 while I was on the phone to the bank they have cancelled the card details and blocked the company name my bank told me it’s not the first time they have ran into this company
I don’t kno how they got my details
Scam company should be shut down

Horrendous I did not sign up to this company I have reported them to my credit card company they are investigating FRAUD they obtain your details fraudulently
