Seemed to be alright at first
Seemed to be alright at first. AirPods Pro delivered within a week or so. Working well. Then found out there is a crack in the housing and the eartip falls off way too easily. Didn’t get any reaction on my emails but the phone was answered. After that text messages back and forth promising me to replace the product or refund. Has been well over a month now and still not sorted. Very disappointed

Fraud and Lack of Customer Service
I purchased a pair of AirPods Pro 2 but sadly found out that they were fake. I immediately contacted the customer service department and requested a refund but received no response. I am extremely disappointed by this fraudulent behavior. As a consumer, I want to be able to trust the products I purchase, but this experience completely contradicts that. I find this lack of customer service and disregard for fraud unacceptable. I highly recommend that other consumers avoid purchasing any products from this store as their business ethics and quality of service are questionable. I hope to receive a refund in a timely manner and that they will take steps to prevent a similar incident from happening again!

I waited 4 months to write a review wanted to make sure the product didnt have any issues
They send me an email asking for a review after 7 days i said no, they never contacted me again.
Anyhow after 4 months the left earphone broke, it was my own fault, they said theyll send me a replacement at my own cost since its not covered under warranty
