Good quality, realistic proce and speedy delivery

Great Fit, Price and Wonderful Visibility due to unique signage. Also, very adaptable to wearing different layers with two useful pockets.

I ordered a nice jacket and had it sent to France. I had to pay customs fees. But the seller sent me a wrong size jacket (S instead of L). I had the seller on the phone and was promised a right-size jacket free of additional charges but didn't get any parcel nor refund so far, and no more answer to any of my mails. I have lost a lot of money and still have no jacket in size L... Very disappointed!

Only 1 item of the 3 items ordered has been received and it is the wrong size. I have had no reply to the email I sent regarding this

The jacket is lovely sadly comes up very small, so needs to be returned. I filled in the return request online and heard nothing. Few days later I emailed, a couple of days later I jad a reply asking what I needed to return, I replied immediately but so far yet again no reply. Not great service at all.

Brilliant products that are great quality and arrived super quick.
We now have all the range from leg wraps and quarter sheets to neck straps and tabards. All lasts really well, hence we buy something new each year but haven’t had to replace a thing!

I bought a helmet from them the 30th of July and they sent it the 4th of September. Every time I called, they said they would look at it and send me an email later that day, but that never happened. Want to call this a not serious business. Don’t buy from them.

This was my first order with Equisafety and was perfect. The quarter sheet I bought was exactly what I needed, a good price and I received and prompt and very friendly service. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! The wrong colour vest was accidentally sent out, I called, no dramas, super helpful - correct colour was sent out along with a hat bad and a prepaid bag to send wrong colour back. Fantastic quality products.

Lovely service great products

The first hi viz vest I ordered was too small. I was going to return it and order a larger size but my daughter had it. I oredered a larger one and had a lovely message thanking me for another order. It arrived within a few days and I’m very pleased with it

These boots seem to be well made. They fit the horses well and have high visibility on the road, we'd definitely buy again.

Do not buy hats from this company. I bought a hat which didn't fit, and when looking for the returns process saw that they do not accept returns on hats, this was not mentioned anywhere in the hat listing, only in their t&c's. Postage also took over a week, with them waiting 5 days to dispatch the order.

Very easy to order and v.speedy delivery.
