I had ordered horse size but received pony size

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The products themselves are great quality, but I would guess the company is only still in business through not properly processing returns and not issuing refunds. I returned an item that was too big and requested an exchange. The exchange didn’t arrive. Requested refund and was asked to supply details and since then no refund and any attempts to chase it up go totally ignored. Finally realised no refund was coming and claimed through PayPal buyer protection. Don’t buy directly from this company, use a third party retailer if you want their products

Absolute scammer I’ve ordered boots almost two months ago they never showed up no one answers the email or phone I’m going to file a police report.

Very disappointed with this company. I have waited nearly two months for a £458.00 Hit Air jacket. It has been sent out twice and both times failed to deliver. Now awaiting a refund, hopefully this will be sorted in a timely manner.

Product arrived as stated and was exactly as described

Purchased a very reasonably priced excercise sheet. Arrived promptly and it is very good quality 😃

Ordered a hat, it came very quickly. So can’t fault the service for deliveries.

However, I wasn’t happy with the quality of the hat. Not the companies fault.

I sent pictures via email of the numerous faults on the hat and the company confirmed if I sent the hat back they would provide a refund.

So, I sent the hat back recorded delivery to be signed for on Friday 10th April. Contacted 5 days later to ask if the refund was being processed. They said they haven’t got round to it yet. But they will.

It is now 10 days since they have had the hat back and still no refund.

I have had to raise a case via PayPal.

Also cost me £15 to send the substandard hat back and no offer to cover this cost either.

Quite disappointed.

No returns on hats without notice or reading the small print. No response to emails , even when Charles Owen asked them to respond….

Nicky was very hands on in ensuring my Hit Air MLV-3 air Jacket arrived on time for which I was extremely grateful. Thank you.
Just hope the jockey never has to find out if it works 😂

Very disappointed with how my missing order has been dealth with. Ordered 2 ride-on rugs, only received 1. Contacted the company that day to which they confirmed they hadnt had their glasses on and would get the 2nd rug sent the following day.
Over 6 weeks later, and chasing my order a further 3 times Ive still not received it or had any communication to explain the missing item or my request for a refund if its not coming.
Such ashame as Ive multiple products from the company over the years and the quality is good, just wish theyd sort out their mistake or give me my money back for the missing item!

Clear images, good information on sizes, reasonable price, swift delivery, a well made waistcoat, exactly as pictured and described, fits me perfectly.
(I did post this same review several days ago, with a different title, for the other item I bought at the same time for a different purpose but my opinion is the same: they're great)

Great quality product, fits well, true to size chart in measurements. Great extra bits for light attachments, love this feature. With 'polite' notice, really have seen a difference with the traffic.
