Glenda ensured the process went smoothly up to the underwriting. I would suggest that you advertise that this product is also available to purchase a home, something I had to confirm before starting the process. My only other concern is that there was further documentation requested from my lawyer by your underwriters after he was told the file was complete.

Agnes impressed me with her scope of knowledge, her prompt and professional customer service skills, and her evident care for clients. i had alot of questions at first,but after talking to Glenda about reverse mortgages i was at ease.although going through the process,is hard work on both sides,i still think it was worth it.alot of papers had to be signed and initialed ,mabie thats a place they could cut back on in the future. equitable bank was a little confusing but after a phone call or 2 things were straighten out thanks to all going to enjoy our retirement.
