I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service. Three days ago, I was led to believe that I was only required to pay £0.49 for a personality report. However, I have since discovered that I have been charged £39.99 for a subscription I was not made aware of at the time of purchase.
I find this practice deeply misleading and unacceptable. I did not sign up for any subscription and only intended to pay for the personality test, which I have already paid for. To add to my frustration, I have been unable to find any contact number or appropriate method for lodging a complaint.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting an immediate refund of the £39.99 charge. I trust you will address this issue promptly and ensure that no further charges are made to my account.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Misleading payment plan.
Before beginning the test, there should have been warning that payment is required to access the report and that people are automatically signed up for a monthly renewal, at quite a steep fee, if they buy their report.
My work computer prevents me from downloading mine, so I still haven't been able to read it.
There are free sites that provide similar in-depth analysis.

Gives accurate reports. Good detail about your MBTI/personality type. I recommend as you pay only 49p to find out your MBTI. However, the monthly plan is a little bit expensive in my opinion.
