misleading advertising mail shot.
Got an email saying 10% off amazon - go to sight and buy a gift voucher at full price - what’s the point? Misleading advertising. I’m sure there are savings to be had but advertising is misleading.

However we can only remind you of what has been explained to you previously: "From looking at the tracking information it seems that the item is being returned to sender as they were unable to deliver to your address." Unfortunately this was out of our hands.
We understand that this situation was frustrating for you, as it lead to a delay in receiving your item, however we are glad that we were able to resolve it for you eventually. We organised for the item to be delivered to an alternative address, and it has now been received.

I 've been epointing :) for a few months now. Deals here are unbelievably good. Macbooks, Phone, Soundbars, Televisions, Baby bottles - whatever it is, epoints.com has great deals.
Best employee benefits I have come across so far.
Customer care is really good. I had an issue with the laptop I ordered and epoints customer team went extra miles to get this sorted for me.
