If I could give zero stars, I would.
Ordered a typecover for my surface pro. It took forever for the order to arrive. I bought another Typecover so when this one arrived I took it to curry's for a refund and they put a packing slip on it that day. My refund was requested to transfer the epoints into a card refund over a week after I had taken it back.
3 additional weeks on and I've still not received a refund or any correspondence whatsoever. Last week or the week prior (it has been so long I can't remember) they closed my case as solved 🤔

Initially I had a successful purchase of an iPhone which arrived a few days later. The following week I ordered a product which unfortunately failed to arrive. After contacting curry’s direct they informed me the delivery address supplied by epoints doesn’t match that of mine. The address was in fact over 150 miles away!! Thankfully the person who received this item kindly refused the parcel informing the currier he hadn’t ordered the particular item. After several days passing Chloe apologised and informed me I would receive a refund. I am still waiting for this refund over two weeks later.
Sent several emails and had no reply.
I am sorry Epoints but you cannot use Covid as an excuse. Other retailers are facing customers face to face putting themselves at risk. Other online services appear to be coping very well!
I appreciate you have reduced staff workforce however as a front line worker this is not the inconvenience we need to be dealing with with the current Covid situation.

Honestly cannot fault epoints, they have amazing prices for such a wide variety of items. The customer service is lovely, the team is very easy to talk to if there’s any queries about orders too. Deffos the best place for good prices online (especially for technology).

Appalling customer service
Really bad customer service. Bought a premium laptop that was faulty. Emailed customer service to return it but did not receive a reply for about 10 days! When I got a reply it was one line asking me to send some photos. Also realised that on returning my order, i would only be refunded with points, not money. I would avoid using this company to buy anything expensive as it will be very difficult to get your money back, and going by how quickly customer service respond to emails (10 days!) it would take a very long time to process your refund of points, which you cannot convert back to cash. 10% discount might seem like an attractive offer but it's not if you can't get your money back!

I ordered a monitor 18 days ago from Amazon. I received an immediate confirmation of my order but no further update on processing the order. When I contacted support services 9 days later, Chloe (looks like she's either only person working there or every employee comes under name of Chloe, see other reviews here) replied that my order on preorder from Amazon(don't know why when item in stock) and to contact her if I recieve nothing in 5 days. So I wrote back again 6 days later but never heard back since. Looks like scam or they are going bankrupt or what. There is no other contact available, no phone number or adress. It is very embarrassing that they are actually being promoted via official employee benefits website!

Very poor and delayed service
We are very disappointed with th points service. Having placed an order 4 days ago for a phone costing over £500, we have still received no confirmation from the supplier that this order has been placed. We have written to epoints every day and their response is just that sometimes things take e longer. This is just not acceptable with such a straightforward order. I can only assume they are holding on to the money for as long as they can. We still await confirmation now of the order and it looks like it will now run in to next week as we are now at the weekend. Every other online company is providing next day or 3 day delivery at the moment. This company has not even processed the order with the supplier. I will not be using again or recommending.

Perfect customer services and communication
Ordered an item from Costco via epoints. I really cannot fault epoints as far as customer services and communication is concerned. They were perfect. Chloe deserves a mention here as she was fab. Costco were awful though which is a shame. I wouldn't put that on epoints though and I would definitely use them again with other retailers

I ordered a greenhouse with epoints from wicks on 2nd may with an estimated delivery of 5 days .22 days later I still haven’t recieved it and can get no definite answer as to why when I email epoints /wicks who seems loath to even reply

Amazing staff!
I have been using epoints for a while now and I still can’t believe the amount of money I have saved for items I would have purchased anyway going through retailer’s website!
Their system is pretty easy, what I do is just a google research of the item I need (as everyone does I suppose) then I copy and paste to the epoints research and most of the times the item is there!
To those who are having issues purchasing here, I also suggest to do an honest research of the actual retailer feedbacks, you would easily find out why sometimes orders get stuck or cancelled. Same thing happened to me recently, making me a bit frustrated but when I contacted the epoints customer care, that is when I realised how good this company is!
Katie, from the support team, promptly assisted me giving me options and solutions in no time. It felt like I was having a personal assistant next to me, quick and extremely efficient! (Specially in these pandemic hard times, let’s be honest, you don’t expect that)
So out of 5, their support team gets a 6 from me! Well done!
I will purchase through epoints again hopefully very soon!
Letdown
I was very excited to get my Nintendo switch with animal crossing. I had received an email to say they had received my order. I did not hear anything for 3 days so decided to email asking when I would receive my order...only to find the supplier was apparently out of stock and gave me my e points. Very disappointing as I only bought the e points for this specific product deal and I wonder what would have happened had I not emailed chasing it up.
I will be using my e points and then staying clear of this company!

I have ordered four times from this site - each time, I order something that is apparently in stock, but then a few days later I get an email saying it is not in stock. Now I have an epoints balance that I can only spend on this site - they won't refund to my bank / card.
The search facility is very poor - you put what you're looking for in the search bar and you get hundreds of results - most of them completely irrelevant to what you're searching for. And no way to refine your search. Just can't be bothered to look through hundreds of irrelevant items.
You need to improve these issues if you expect people to want to use your site

Was a little nervous to use epoints but glad I did.
Took advantage of their 10% offer with certain retail partners, specifically on a TV.
Got a confirmation email within a day. The next day, I received an order processed email. And 2 days later, my new TV turned up.
Being such a huge purchase, I contacted epoints a couple of times. Both times, I had a response with details within 24 hours.
I'd recommended epoints and would certainly use them again
