Website Errors. Shipping Error. Poor Customer Service. Dishonest.
Their website crashed multiple times while I was placing an order. They end up sending 2 orders instead of one. So I return the extra product within their 10 day return window, pay $32 for shipping to return the product they made an error on. They flat out lied and said I sent it outside the window of their return policy. I have the charge and receipt to prove it was within the window. Very disappointing customer service and execution on their part. Do NOT recommend!

I understand emailing isn't as quick as one would like. The vendor requires us to get a photo of the defective product in order to investigate. They won't approve on our word. Customer service asked if you could send a photo of the air valve. Once they receive it, they can submit it to the vendor to either get a replacement or refund for you. Please let them know which you prefer when you send the photo.

I LOVE Epic Sports
I’ve been ordering from Epic Sports for years and have never had any issues with the products. You can’t beat the close out prices! I would’ve given 5 stars this time but for some reason my order took a lot longer to ship than expected. I’ve never had this issue before and have always had previous orders delivered in a timely manner.

I apologize for the delay you experienced. The order was placed after hours on Friday, so in total the processing and shipping took 11 business days. Unfortunately, one product was out of stock and that is what caused the delay.
Totally Disappointed
The logo that was printed in my tees is totally unnoticed, It can barely be seen because the original white background was removed when they replaced the low resolution logo that I provide for the high resolution logo that they created for me. Anybody with just a little bit of common sense should realize that if the white background of the logo is removed then the logo will not be visible when it is printed on a dark blue area, this was a terrible mistake, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I am very disappointed!

From our review, your original logo was low resolution, and our team recreated it at a higher quality (a $30 value provided at no charge). As part of that process, the white background was removed because this is something many customers insist on. The white box is generally considered undesirable on apparel. The updated artwork was then sent for approval, and production proceeded because the new logo was approved.
That said, we understand how the visibility on a dark garment became an issue in this case. We’re happy to review your order further and see what options may be available.
