Holding your money and want to chat with you on WhatsApp

The second transaction was blocked by them.

Of course they don't just return our money they hold the money and told us that they NOW, after we had already performed a much higher transaction, need to perform a social security ID check via WhatsApp.

I said that I don't want to share anything regarding my personal data or my finances via WhatsApp or much worser via WeChat they told me to return the money.

After 3 days they claim now they need other documents and now don't need to perform a call and STILL holding my money.

This is highly suspicious as a financial institution holding money for several days and not doing what is said into their mails.

My contact person is M. W. and I never have read so much no sense they just try to hold and work your money as long as they can.

I already write a message to the China Government and to their correspondent banks GlobalnetInt and Hang Seng Bank about how ePay is working with the money of their customers.

Today is day 5 after they have received our money and still holding it.

I recommend everyone to use AdvCash they are much more straight forward and don't ask to chat on WhatsApp!
