ruined vacation

The marina and yacht itself our wonderful, but this is a bait and switch operation. upon arrival we were immediately hit with 150 euros of additional charges, towels and sheets and a motor for the dingy. While sailing the toilet malfunctioned and we were forced to return for repairs. Losing two days of sailing and we were forced to pay 1/2 of the repair charges. The fast - talking operations manager got an additional 10% from us, through trite, unanticipated charges. Gaining him a bigger profit, but earning the eternal animosity of our crew. This marina has several other operators - stay away from this one if you are on a budget.
