We were very pleased with the apartment in Noca Blu. It was clean. The bed was comfortable.
There was complimentary coffee. There’s a little grocery store right next door and even a little park that supplies doggy bags for our dog to go to the bathroom. Our host Jim was most helpful. Check in and check were easy.
I can definitely recommend this apartment in Logan Square and would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean—truly spotless—and the location couldn’t be better.

The kitchen is very well equipped, making it easy to cook at home, and it even includes all the basics. There’s also everything you need to do laundry, which was very convenient.

Brett was an excellent host—he responded immediately to any questions and was always helpful. Highly recommended!

The apartment was just as shown - beautiful and comfortable. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment providing additional privacy. Check in was easy and the management company was responsive. Great stay!

The location was perfect. About a five minute walk to the metro where you could get off right in the middle of the national mall. It was clean, looked just like the pictures, and they were so attentive to me. I couldn’t figure out the WiFi and they responded to an email almost immediately. My mom had a friend invite her back to DC in a few months and wants me to see if it is free for them to stay again. I will be back!

Had a great stay in Detroit, easy in easy out. Safe and secure building within walking distance of everything downtown.

While there were some issues, heat not working in the unit , a little miscommunication on parking spots assigned, all questions were addressed with speed . Even some missing utensils in the unit or hangers were delivered immediately. Units in the 07 get to admire the beautiful downtown scale. Nice building. Big units. What staying in a big city should feel like in the heart of it

What a great long weekend! Very smooth checkin and checkout. Loved the idea of the 24 hour reception desk. Owner was very responsive! Our place was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing!!! Would definitely book again!!

My experience was great. I hosted a large group of family members to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The check in process was brief and easy. I was met with quick responses to all my inquires. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, parking was easy to find ( even for 3 cars). The place was beautiful, clean and spacious.

Super cool! ENVITAE has a really great apartment in Crystal City. The place was clean, upscale, with a full kitchen and great view. The company is easy to work with and I recommend staying with them!

A great host! They heard your comments and made adjustments thanks guys. The Host had staffing waiting on my family and stayed in contact the entire time until she put the keys into my hands and walked me through entering the spacious apartment. The host was very responsive and communicated well with me on items that I needed answers to. The beds were comfortable.

I did get lost in the elevator few times (felt like I was in a weird movie), the entrance from the parking garage was difficult to find, and yes, there is construction in the building. However, the minimal cost of parking and the in and out convivence was well worth it. I felt safe in the parking garage and I felt as though my belongs were safe. The occupants of the building were all very friendly and helpful.
I would suggest a Keurig and extra towels to the host.

We had a wonderful experience with our rental. It had everything we needed, the location was perfect, the unit was clean/organized/comfy. Checkout was easy. Also the price was reasonable given how central it was in downtown Detroit.

We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, safe, and very spacious, with all the comforts needed for a relaxing visit. The location was outstanding, about 15 minutes from major museums in Washington, DC, which made getting around easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to the DC area.

The expereince is rated a 5 because our host was very responsive and accomodating. The property was clean and cozy and the specific unit we occupied had a great view of the city. The location is very convenient to getting around the downtown and there are lovely restaurants in walking distance. Since it was only 6 degrees when we were there, it was extremely nice to have the restaurant right next door. Lastly, when there was an issue accessing the keypad for entry, the host arranged for someone to meet us at the property and ensure we were able to enter without worry or disruption.
