EVERYTHING IS FINE UNTIL SOMETHING ISNT DELIVERED

Used their services for a 2nd time and my family did not receive a product. I have been in communication for the past 2 month regarding the item. Instead of delivering the item that was short shipped or giving me the credit they choose to keep giving me the run around. Their new excuse now is that response is slower based on the current situation in Cuba. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

If zero stars would be possible

If zero stars would be possible, they would even not deserve zero stars. Bought 3 airconditioners last month. never saw them. You can contact the service personnel as often as you want. You get the same answer: they are within the delivery times (which is absurd), and that they are processed.
One good advice: Never, absolutely never spend your money with this company. You will be crooked!

Worse experience ever

We are 1t days
Called and write 10 times to know why it is not delivered. The 2 phones numbers on the pdf dont exist and the stores are closed. Finally found one store open. The order is arrived since many days but the computer system does not work. Asked for having the food with a signature on a paper. Refused. During this time in the emails nobody has the guts to rell us the truth. Always saying that order is under process when finally all the stores are closed since a week because they dont fix the system. First and last time with them. Will call my credit card. I recommand to stay far from them. They lie and give false information on the bill and on the pdf. Looks like they dont exist. The food at one feet of my hungry boyfriend but still inaccessible. And PAID. They prefer postpone and using their max of 20 days when the package has been received within 3 days [which is the normal time for everybody talking about their experiences with enviocuba on FB. The comments I read were very good. But for us it is hell.] Unlucky us? Dont know if other customers are disappointed too....

I bought a washing machine that broke…

I bought a washing machine that broke withing a month and never got fixed or replaced. They say they can't do anything because my family do not have "la factura" a document which they were never given. All the documentation is on the web site under my user.
Basically they rob me my money.

Most horrible service NEVER USE

Most horrible service. My recipient was ORDERED to stay home by the delivery person the whole day 3 days prior to scheduled delivery. Delivery was supposed to take place yesterday and my recipient stayed home and he did not receive a phone call or visit. When he called the delivery person they said it was only an estimate, no delivery took place to date a week after delivery.
