Great service at DimeCuba!

I was just there with my mom shipping 3 boxes to Cuba, Orlando went above & beyond and made our experience welcoming, pleasant, informative & he even helped us pack up the boxes & simplified the process for us. Thats exactly what we were looking for a place to ship from that provided excellence in customer service. Oh & Billy at the door always with a smile & so helpful by helping me bring in the bags to pack. Thank you DimeCuba we will definitely keep shipping from here cause awesome service is what makes customers come back!

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. I purchased a moto from dimecuba for my partner who lives in Cuba. I have asked several times regarding information about when the moto will arrive, details about when my partner needs to travel to Havana, where he needs to go. Everytime I contact them, they have no information and just re-iterate the time it takes for shipments to get there. They will never receive business or money from me again.

Very bad service

Very bad service. I bought a pork shoulder for my family on January 4th and it wasn't until the 19th that they delivered it after 6 calls, several emails and several WhatsApp chats. They always gave me a different justification. Don't send anything through there.

Big scam

Update: my friend did receive the money after all but the help received and delay of transfer/deposit was disappointing, as described below. The website and all the reps I spoke with - not one mention of the approximate wait-time for transfer to complete.

Big scam! Taking money going to poor people, no customer service or horrible service in Spanish only! Almost one week waiting for phone recharge going to my friend in Cuba with no answers at all! Stay away and report scams to your credit company! These criminals should be shut down!

Horible comunicacion

Horrific communication, this platform is scam proce, I made a purchase, I gave him proof that the money was processed and they did not give me any answer, it seemed to me that I was in Cuba or worse (I do not recommend it at all because of experience)

Find another shipper takes way to long and no updates provided on orders.

Placed an order last month and paid extra for quicker delivery. Items still not delivered. Apparently, they wait for the entire order to be received in their warehouse even if items are out of stock. It has been over a month and package not sent.

I ordered a generator and a water pump…

I ordered a generator and a water pump for delivery to Holguin in March 2023. Delivery was scheduled for 45 to 60 days. It is now August 2023 and still no delivery. Even worse, is that I inquired about 10 times and no one from customer service has replied to any of my inquiries.
I often send recharges to Cuba, but have stopped until this problem has resolved.

They do not "deliver"

I sent a 3 pound medicine package for a person in Havana. Besides the 45 dollars I paid ( 15 dolars a pound) and the 3 percent fee for paying with a credit card, the person in Cuba was supposed to pay 100 cuban pesos (the delivery is in a province other than Havana). I am not complaining about the fees because I paid that money so they could take the package to the person's house. It didn't happen, the person had to go get the package himself. Very disappointed.

DimeCuba: they help you all the way!

This company has an outstanding service. They are excellent in answering your questions.
Calling to find out about your transactions is a great experience.
I paid for 60 lbs. of medications and other goods to my family in Cuba on July 9th. The shipping had some delays due to COVID-19 infection on the warehouse in Havana and poor service from the Cuban customs.
The tracking service is complex like any transaction with Cuba. There is no automation for the distribution once your shipment arrive to Havana. We know that any simple process in Cuba it gets easily translated to a nightmare.
However, DimeCuba is helping with their team to make it possible to send medications and miscellaneous to our families in the island that basically don't have anything to survive the COVID-19 pandemic.
As you can see, I encountered some roadblocks and still give them 5 stars because they listen and support you.
