I would recommend everyone ripped off by ENTHUZST to write a complaint to the BBB and most importantly to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) This company is a complete scam and I believe we will be seeing a class action lawsuit very soon.

I made a purchase in early January for $138.49 and weeks later a box arrived with a plain black beanie in it. Not what I ordered at all. Reading other reviews this is common practice for ENTHUZST. Sending nothing or something random cheap and generic in place of what was ordered. But that isn't even the biggest part of this scam. My order was for max entries advertised for the current giveaway which equaled 102,500 entries for the $138.49. Over the next two weeks leading up to the end of the giveaway I received emails everyday asking me to finish my purchase as though I hadn't made it already. The kicker is, every email i received offered more and more entries for "completing" my purchase, the purchase I had already completed. First they offered 100k bonus entries, then 150k, 200k, 400k, 600k, 800k, 1,000,000 and then finally 2,500,000 entries for the same order I only received 102,500 entries for.

I was also sent links to review my purchase for more bonus entries. Some emails said 10k bonus entries, others said 100k bonus entries. Well, I left my reviews and guess what? ZERO bonus entires were added to my account. Shocker.

The truth is this company will say/do anything to get you to make a nonrefundable/nonreturnable purchase on merchandise that doesn't exist, for fake entries that fluctuate like crypto, into a drawing that probably never happens.

Ordered a pocket knife on January 11 2026. Today is February 18 2026 and have had no response or shipping information or anything. They took my money quick enough. Make me wonder if the sweepstakes are even legit
They will not get anymore money from me ever again. I'll update if I ever receive the order.

I paid a little over $200 for a "mystery box" and received 4 t shirts, a cheap key ring, and 2 stickers. Not really worth my money but I understand it's a chance I took.

This company is the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I order an item. Emailed immediately saying 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks I was asking for a refund. Crickets. I emailed 3 more times with no response. I then made a case with PayPal which takes another month. 3 days before PayPal would have reversed the transaction I get a shipping notice and an email from PayPal saying they sided with the seller. Trash company and I will be putting this on every site I find.

My order after a month still has not arrived. They still have not responded back to me to correct this issue. Horrible scam.

Ordered over a month ago and still no shipping information. A week ago I emailed the support at HELP at enthuzst.com with no response. I’m continuing to follow up and will be taking action through BBB if I get no resolution within 10 business days.

I see that only ONE of these reviews are marked with the TrustPilot logo meaning that only ONE of the reviews I just read are reliable but probably employees from other companies that are trying to hurt their competitor’s. I ordered from their quick entry and I didn’t have any issues at all. The guys that won in Texas I actually know them and they did actually receive the truck and fifth wheel travel trailer. The free entry is just to be complaint with the law. It’s all about the entry and the tickets you get for whatever you purchase. Which is understandable because NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD. BUY A VIP MEMBERSHIP AND HAVE A BETTER CHANCE TO WIN.

This appears to be a bit of a giveaway scam. Clearly they simply buy their merchandise per order and stamp their ugly logo on it. Ordered a shirt, took a month to receive it and I live one state over. The material is cheap but they over charge. I emailed them multiple times with no response. They blocked me from Facebook since I left one negative review...stay clear of these guys.

I have ordered merchandise many times in the past, and found it to be decent but the shipping to Canada is very expensive when coupled to our weak Canadian dollar. So...having time on my hands, I tried the "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY" entry method for DDG35 GIVEAWAY...I hand wrote filecards and envelopes with the required information, mailed them separately m and one year later I get them back "RETURN TO SENDER" WTF

I ordered a knife from one of their giveaways. Knife purchased in February and it is now the end of May. I contacted the FBI, FTC and Attorney General in AZ and PA because they have two separate locations and I'll start with Mesa first. I do business in Mesa and Payson AZ, so I can find them. The BBB has them with an F rating and plenty of complaints there. It's a scam and I hope they are investigated and shut down. No response from anyone in customer service. I doubt anyone really gets entered for any giveaway, if they do any at all. I am having them investigated because this type of BS is really getting old. I thought about taking a drive out to Mesa and Mount Joy to get my money back, since they are sending me anything and I am planning this now. I may take one of the investigative news agencies with me when I am out there. People just need to keep filing formal complaints officially to put scammers like this out of business and in jail.

These guys have not sent me a knife that I paid for for going on three months now, no not buy anything from this company folks you will not receive anything! Keep reporting these guys, and the swift justice of our government will handle these peasants (one can only hope)

Save your money! Spend at LNGD or other "giveaways"... I ordered a small bag of coffee and a white decal sticker a month ago and it barely showed up today!! Plus the white sticker I ordered is solid black! 🤦🏻‍♂️... I emailed them about a week ago asking about my order and they replied 2 days later saying due to the influx of orders they weren't able to process my order! Being a retailer, isn't an influx of orders a good thing?! And shouldn't you be prepared for that???!! If they can't handle such a small order, how could these giveaways be legit??! Never again am I spending my money here!

A scam company that will take your money and not send your product report the company to the ftc and and your bank to get your money back.

I love their products but I want to talk to a human not an email. My only complaint is it takes forever for my products to be delivered.

Never received my order I placed back in December of 2024.

Seems to be a pattern. Purchased in December with nothing received or what appears to be shipped. Smells scammy

I placed an order back in October. Still have not received it. What a joke. I get the same message when I email them that it will be put on the priority list. I asked if I’ll ever receive my product and they stopped responding. Guess I’ll have to dispute the charges. I’ll never buy from them again!

They are a sorry a$$ company. They will lie and I have proof of it. They tell 5-10 business days then another 5-7 days for shipping. They will send you an update on your order. Couple of days later they send your an email telling you that dude to I order volumes that the order is delayed and they will send you an update soon. You reach out to them in the first thing they immediately say is we do not do no refunds or cancellations my reply to them was simple I did not ask for a refund of cancellation I said I wanted an update order was placed on the 11th today is the 23rd still have not heard any updates. I do have the emails I do have the receipts with everything that proves this I'm giving them a couple more days and then I'm getting with my bank with everything I have and charging them with fraudulent and bad faith of business. I will go on everywhere anywhere I can to leave a negative review they absolutely suck. And with all the other negative reviews I'm pretty sure it won't be hard to get my money back

I’ve been waiting almost 2 months now for my order. They just keep telling me they will check into it. Then proceed to offer me 25% off there merch. 😂 what a joke

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I would NOT order from this company. I ordered coffee on 10/29/2024 and the order has YET to be shipped. I asked for cancellation and refund as this order is well past a generous amount of time to accomplish fulfillment, and the customer service agents have seized to respond to me. Not to mention, what kind of company of this size would not give phone number where their customers can call and speak with someone in real time about complications? Outrageous!
