CHELTENHAM RACES
1. The tables of 12 are big and too close to each other.
You therefore cannot enjoy the experience.
People cannot get past without constantly interrupting seated guests.
2. The food was not up to standard and served cold.
3. We had an issue at last orders. We ordered our last drinks 15 minutes before closing and we didn't get them. A very disappointing end to the day.

Room too crowded
Room too crowded. Ratio of staff to guests is too low. We constantly had to move our seats to enable other guests to pass by.

Meal needs improvement
Good facility and organisation of event, 3 course meal limited in terms of portion and quality. Welcome drink, poor quality, sparkling........? Food after game good.

Food was good and the service very attentive. Too many people in the venue so hard to hear some conversations, venue should be open at half time to allow for a quick refreshment grab if you wish to. Clearing up started early and in the end you got a sense of the staff just wanting you to leave. The event cost is high so you should not feel that way as a guest.

Unfortunately the venue itself enforces that our facility isn't able to open at half time due to safety regulations and is something out of our control, which is reflected among many of the hospitality options.

Everything was great, however the you should be able to use the facility toilets at half time - it's crazy we spent £000's to be there but were locked out at half time......

Fantastic day at Twickenham for a Six nations match. Great service, lovely food and wine, excellent seats and the Q&As with both current and ex international players/world cup winners really made for a memorable day.

Had an incredible time at the 6 Nations England v Scotland event. Hosts and the events staff were so welcoming, especially Emily and Ellie. Food and drinks were great, fabulous vibes all round.

Excellent day at the rugby! Very well organised with helpful & friendly staff. The food was very good and it was great to meet some ex-international players. Can't fault Engage, especially as organising everything for so many people in a short space of time is some achievement!

A must for corporate hosting.
Hosted some business contacts with Engage, in the Shakespeare lounge at Twickenham Stadium.
The table hosts were fantastic, helpful and enthusiastic. The atmosphere in the lounge was electric. If there were any hiccups during the day, they certainly weren't evident, it seemed to run seamlessly.
The allocated seats for watching the match were fantastic.
I have sent guests before, now attended and will use again in future.
10/10 experience.
