Attended day 3 royal ascot icon enclosure.
What a wonderful experience
Hosting staff were fabulous and really welcoming and attentive, but not imposing so perfect.
The setting was really well put together - very classy.
The food was incredible and amazing quality. Allergies well catered for.
Drinks fully inclusive and wide selection on offer
Excellent live entertainment.
Wonderful to be part of ascot but not have to contend with long toilet and bar queue’s and plenty of seating options inside and outside. Fully air conditioned also which was amazing in 30’c heat!
Would fully recommend to anyone thinking of using this company. Very professional and experienced service. 5*

This was by far the most memorable and magical day we’ve experienced at Ascot. Engage Hospitality left no stone unturned from the elegant champagne reception to impeccable table service, thrilling race views, live entertainment, and every thoughtful detail in between.

our server, Alice, was magical. so nice, so pleasant and thoughtful. the tent was very hot. the food was just ok until you got to the tea service. best food of the day was the sausage roll! didn't love the lunch.

We spent day 2 of the WTC, SA V Aus match at The Oval for a corporate day out and we all loved it!

Engage were helpful and accommodating from start to finish.

The hospitality provided was one of the best we've had. Our seats were perfect, the staff couldn't do enough for us and were always available to assist with anything we needed, the drink selection was great with no wait time or queue at any time, the food was absolutely delicious and the weather was fab!

The Nursery Pavilion is a fantastic spacious hospitality suite with a chilled vibe. It's in a prime spot to enjoy, and chat to, the players in the morning whilst they practiced.

We are very impressed with Engage's hospitality at all the events we've attended but the Cricket is definitely something we would book again.

Engage organised a work event at for us at Epsom Derby and from start to finish the experience exceeded all our expectations. Having attended a number of various Raceday's at various locations I can honestly say the Epsom Derby Day in the View Hospitality Suite was by far the best horse racing event we have been too. Engage went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect; the staff, the food and location couldn't have been any better - thank you so much!

Brilliant service and highly professional management.

Oscar sorted us tickets for the Championship Play Off Final - seemless organisation and comminication from start to finish and great seats. He even managed to sort the right result too

Excellent communication from the start of the process right up to the event. First class location, and good food & guest service on the day.
