From 2014 my problem has not been resolved but they can harass for council tax from me while I am living in a HMO! I was homeless and found shelter in a hostel and from there I bid for a property through the council that was meant to be my PERMANENT. I was 1st priority.

Assuming it was because of it's title and my skin colour that some (maintenance men) where jealous! needless to say authorised access was breached and a cover for an air vent on the roof was lifted off and thus allowed rain water to collect inside. By the time I had moved in properly my 1st night living in my PERMANENT 1 BED FLAT was a disaster as water ripped through the ceiling, knocking out the lights in the living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. I was ridiculed and jeered about allegedly expecting them to send someone out after midnight at the time of me calling, (which I didn't as I had only begun to tell them what had happened) a representative arrived in the morning and took notes, assessing the problem and assuring me that it will be filed as a complaint.

I have never been compensated for this, instead moved to the outskirts of London to live in a shared accommodation and forget about it.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am deeply disturbed and honestly heartbroken by what I witnessed from the housing and homelessness service.

At Edmonton Green Library, I saw people in absolute desperation being turned away with no real help. A pregnant woman and her husband were left in tears after being refused emergency accommodation. A family who had just been evicted—including an elderly woman who could barely walk—were effectively told to consider sleeping rough. I also saw a young man clearly struggling with his mental health being dismissed.

People were shaking, distressed, and visibly unwell. This is real human suffering. Forcing vulnerable people to sleep outside is putting their health and lives at risk, and I have seen the impact with my own eyes.

There was no compassion, no urgency, and no proper understanding of people’s situations. Handling serious cases only over the phone, without face-to-face support, removes any sense of humanity from a service that is meant to protect people in crisis.

This does not feel like a one-off situation. The number of similar reviews and experiences being shared speaks for itself and suggests a wider, serious problem.

This service needs urgent investigation and accountability at every level. Vulnerable people deserve dignity, care, and protection—not to be turned away when they need help the most.

I wonder what would happen if we stopped paying council tax.....oh yes they would send you a law enforcement letter and send someone to your door...cos they can and are double standard bullies, but when they steal from you and ignore for months...you cant do nothing....absolutely disgusting bullies.

I am tired of being a guinea pig for stef and phillips. I now live in their new temporary accommodation in Enfield town “Nouveau House” a refurbished office building now mostly housing schizophrenics. Disrepair through the roof, tenants concerns of antisocial behaviour constantly ignored. I am begging you to get me out of here. 2 years Westminster council has housed me with them across different boroughs. I’m no longer scared of these people. Yes Westminster council are sending their disabled tenants here.

The first time the lift broke here, they left it for two weeks not doing anything. No updates. They had lied to me they had ordered a part in they provided proof of ordering. There was no part, they later told me it was a software issue. It could’ve been done in a day. The fact they let me wait for two weeks without any updates like a dog in a cage has messed me up so much. These people are sadistic. I can’t trust anyone anymore I cry constantly. I was trapped in my room for two weeks. I can’t keep doing this. I need stability and step free accsess. I was trapped in my last stef and Phillips accommodation for much longer too. The staff there were threatening when you report repairs. I complained about this during a panel with Westminster council on how to help homeless people, a panel I was then kicked out off as a result. They also ignored the fact I have hypermobility for two years. They never even installed a hand rail for me. A HAND RAIL. Now I’ve needed to use a crutch for half a year Even with a crutch use of the stairs is no longer safe. I’m terrified of dislocating my knee again. It can happen so suddenly.

This was wholly preventable. I’ve come to the conclusion the sadism must be part of the process. I need step free accsess. There is no way around this. You need to understand that nouveau house in Enfield is not acceptable for disabled people to heal. You’ve created a slum. You shouldn’t be allowing Westminster council to house us here like this. The walls are paper thin yet they don’t do anything about anti social behaviour. The lift installed is from the 70s it’s actually a joke. A JOKE.

Okay to bully, harass, stalk me, and break into my property. I am not a caretaker and should live my life, without their neglectful ways.

Too many caseworker and nonine has helpnem get out of the Prison Enfield Life Sentence for 15 years, this week I rang ICO due to the random data breach before bailiffs. While taking 2 payments for council tax, they sent the data breach to all threatening my life and wellbeing and health. Everyone knows where I live, I don't know where the rapist live, or who robbed my know where I live as Enfield do not keep up to date details. They know the worst and I asked them to stop, but they are so up in their wrongs, they cannot stop. 1 lie and 15 years of lies in endfield. As they want me to stop living as I will not stip speaking the truth, till I die. Ni refuse to lie, like them all.

Every random unseen and unknown caseworker speaks of putting me into a hotel or finding me a permanent home, without evidence and no integrity or honesty. They sleep as they shall get paid to lie about me. For bailiff for council tax, I paid 2 payments and I could not open an out if date name first time in 15 miserable years.

I found the most gorgeous affordable properties to be ignored and some random unseen and unknown tells me I should not wait on enfield.

Enfield send me to Moorey Way impossible to live in, to Mill Hill, to Kongs Rd and carpet damp, rusty bath, rusty radiator in bathroom, no bedroom heater, no roof inspection, no double glazed windows and no and no door handles, no lights outside the Peeping Tom 😢 I have no privacy and no peace to sleep. A dear friend told me they hope I do not get CANCER by how they want me to cough up my lungs , I do not cough outside.

Alex said all doors shut so the mice, summer flies can be cosy in their poorly dirty nasty abandoned hovel. No toilet, no washing machine as clothes stink of damp. No rest as I complaintes bout noise, enfield position a parking space outside of the hovel. Even my emotional pet may h lungs issues.

Can't get a school safer street permit. None of the household bills are in my name because all the bills are included in my rent. Attached the v5c logbook then it wants a household bill attached to complete my application. Two years ago I got a penalty charge notice for my renault laguna I put in an appeal. My appeal was unsuccessful two days later the very faded white lines were repainted yellow. Had I not put in my appeal the lines would never have been repainted
