After 3 weeks using the Revo-loo I am really pleased. I don't say this often but this product is really good. It lives up to its advertising jingle - Simple. They have responsive Customer service and good safeguards to keep my cat safe. Sorry to say I don't like the App and do not recommend using it. The literbox keeps its promise of being simple, effective and easy to use.

We bought the litter box over a year ago now and it’s still working great!!
Our cats are accustomed to it and it makes all our lives much easier since we only have to replace the bag every 1-2 weeks.
We did have to reorder some of the parts but that was through normal wear and tear (like the rubber band used to secure the bag) but we do like that we can just buy all the parts from the website itself (like the bags as well)
I’d recommend it to anyone who has cats, after a year it’s still holding up great!

We've had the Revo-loo Automatic Litter Box for about a week now. So far, yeah, it's fantastic! I have developed a back hernia that makes cleaning the litter box very painful. I looked for options and thanks to Bright, found Revoloo! Simple, well designed, no nonsense type of automatic litter box. I love that any bag can be used and I'm not beholden to buy theirs, though theirs is very good. It doesn't have a crazy amount of sensors to throw out error messages.
My cats got used to it very quickly, though I do have kind of easy going Maine coon girls.
We used wood pellets before, moved to "World's Best Cat Litter Multi-Cat" and that seems to be working very well. Cats transitioned easily, but they are pretty good about using the litter box even when being passive aggressive about seeing the bottom of their dry food bowl xD .
We love this litter box so far! Wish I could adjust how far it rotates after a cleaning to make the litter perfectly even (small point).
The app is useful but can use some refinement. Setting up pets, setting up the litter box itself was all not super intuitive and the instructions were slightly out of date. But we figured it out and it's well worth the effort!!! Beautiful in our room, Beautiful engineering, We are happy. (so far 1.5 weeks in)

I bought an automatic cat litter box and it was quite good. However one of our cats did not like it so we needed to return the product. They were very helpful during the return process.
