Energy Saving Genie took all the worry out of having to search myself to find the appropriate grant. They notified me immediately they had found a suitable supplier and kept me updated throughout the initial stages of the application for the grant. The company they recommended was excellent and the installation of my solar panels was seamless from the beginning to completion.

Energy Saving Genie were amazing right from the beginning with the recommendation and help with my application for the grant to secure a new Boiler and loft insulation through Stellar Installations.

Energy genie handled our application easily and always helpful. They recommended Broadoak who had some genuine problems with sickness but transferred us to a new PM Dan who handled everything to provide a new heating and insulation (cavity wall and loft).very happy.

Energy Saving Genie were so helpful in accessing a grant for my mum to update her heating. The company that completed the work were Broadoak. They have installed Solar panels and storage heating. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly.

They were very helpful and got things going very quickly with our grant and referred us to DPS Energy who did a fantastic job. We ended up with a grant for a complete ASHP system and solar panels, etc. Everything went through very smoothly and so far we have had no problems.

They made my application quick and easy and gave me good advice when the installation went wrong they helped me all the way till my problem was solved.My honest advice would be if they refer your job to south rings energy ask if there is another option

Helpful from beginning to end, had loft insulation and 2 extraction fans fitted, all went to plan and to schedule and all work carried out proffesonally and cleanly, well done to all involved.

Very happy with this grant. Got front + back cavity wall insulated and fans installed. Subcontractors DPS respected my house and their work is very clean.
Although, took longer than I expected, once I was accepted it was full steam ahead.

Helped me get a heat pump to replace an old oil fired boiler

Amazing firm, can't recommend them enough, really pleasant and helpful from the start, they answered any queries I had immediately, lovely people to deal with, I was allocated Broad Oak properties and they have done all the work quickly and professionally with very little disruption, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Everything was done to a professional standard, very happy with our loft insulation, and a new combi boiler. The workmen that came just got on with their job, and were very polite and helpful. Would definately recommend them, without any hesitation.

We desperately needed to get a new heating system installed for an elderly relative, and wasted the best part of a year trying to deal with those who could 'supposedly' help.
After so much frustration I gave Energy Saving Genie a try via their website, and to cut a long story short, within a few months my elderly relative now has a brand new air source heat pump heating system fitted and working perfectly.
I can't speak highly enough of this company, they delivered where others didn't and their staff are very polite and helpful.

Hugely impressed with the help from Kate Hallewell at Energy Saving Genie! The scope of the improvements including a new boiler, wall insulation and vents is making a great difference already. It took about a year before commencement of the works since my council stopped working with the first contractor so I had to apply all over again with a new one, but Kate was immediately onto providing an alternative contractor and it's all coming good and happening with them now. Don't know what I would have done without this. 100% recommendation.

Filled in application interest via online questionnaire whilst on gov.uk website. Application referred to installer next day by Kate with contact details for Broad Oak Properties. Surveys for works done and works for internal insulation, new boiler, dehumidifier fans and carbon monoxide sensor/alarm, all sorted in about 6 weeks start to finish. Thank you Kate for your for your help and efficiency dealing with my application. I shall keep energysavinggenie in mind for future reference.

I was directed to Energy saving genie from the Gov.uk website, they were very helpful and friendly and were able to provide a supplier of cavity wall insulation. My application was passed through to an approved supplier and I was contacted by them to arrange a survey. This was done quickly I got confirmation my application was approved and an installation date agreed. The installation was done very quickly, within two weeks and the whole process was completed friendly and efficiently.

The installer she allocated me "Fourwinds energy" in the east part of London were very helpful with the process and absolutely brilliant in all installations they carried out the whole team were very professional and very helpful.
