When an item I bought from ener-chi didn't arrive within the expected time I sent an email to ask about the order. I was sent a lovely reply suggesting I phone them regarding the order. I spoke with Judy, who was very apologetic and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue. In the end I got a beautiful item and Judy included some additional samples. She then went out of her way to have it posted to ensure it arrived with me before the date I needed. It was such a pleasure to be in contact with someone who was very helpful and lovely to speak to. Thank you Ener-chi, the gift was very well received.

I spent my valuable time finding the best price for my shopping and sent in the order which was voided and the payment returned the next day.
if they did not have the item in stock why is it available and allowed to go into the basket?
This is obviously a company that prioritises their time over that of their customers.
Avoid.
