I paid over $100 for a Razer Gold key that was instantly hijacked and drained by a scammer the exact second it was displayed. This is a literal criminal fraud case, not someone just changing their mind about a game. I immediately opened an official ticket with full, undeniable screenshot proof of the interception and the chat logs, and I am being completely ghosted by your support team.
Leaving a paying customer completely stranded while a fraudster runs off with their money is unacceptable. My ticket has been sitting there since June 18th with zero human response. A manager needs to look at my open ticket and escalate this right now. Look at the timestamps—the asset was compromised instantly. Stop hiding behind automated queues and resolve this non-delivery immediately.

I am very satisfied with my purchase for the exclusive limited edition Baila emote in Fortnite for Vini Jr. You only had until July 10 to redeem the code and July 15 to earn the XP needed to unlock the emote after redeeming, and it only took me less than 30 minutes to unlock the Baila emote on Fortnite IOS. I have bought an amazon giftcard and it was taken away from my account about 2 days after redeeming it and after contacting support with proof, they have returned the money without any complications.
It did take a few days tho.

Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased Terraria PC Steam Key GLOBAL thinking it would be a straightforward purchase. Instead when trying to redeem the Steam gift got this error:

"An error was encountered while processing your request: There was a problem redeeming the gift. Please try again later or contact Steam Support for assistance."

The kicker? They claim it is GLOBAL but clearly something is wrong with the key or gift they provided. If it were actually a valid global gift wouldnt be stuck with this error message every single time.

Their support is an absolute joke. No live chat no real help just a slow ticket system that takes forever. When finally got a response after providing all the necessary information and screenshots what did get? A generic copy paste template reply and they immediately marked the ticket as SOLVED and closed it. No actual resolution no effort to help just a robotic dismissal.

To make matters worse cant even get a refund to the original payment method. Their policy only allows store credit to the Eneba account. Why the hell would want credit on a platform with zero trust now? Want the money back to the card not to be forced into spending more with a company that just scammed me.

Bottom line Dont buy from Eneba. Their global keys are questionable their support is useless and their refund policy is designed to trap you. Save yourself the headache and buy from a legitimate store.

I'm happy to get a game key that actually worked at a ln excellent price
