Endura hummvee helmet sizing
I ordered a L/XL helmet using their size guide. I found it to be too large during the first use. I contacted them about this and they told me to return it , they issued a free return label and gave me a refund.
Their sizings could do with a tweek maybe but otherwise I cant fault their service

Definitely Do NOT recommend
Bought an item from Endura & when it turned up it was the wrong size. I returned it to Endura who were meant to send me out the correct size Item but instead they just refunded me even though I stated i just wanted the correct size sent out & not a refund. Annoyingly I bought the item on sale & by the time my item had gone through there returns it had gone back up to full price so I had to re buy the item at full price & then wait for Endura to refund me the difference. All of this hassle could of been avoided if they just sent me the correct size. After all this my second item turned up & again they sent me the wrong size. So once again I had to return the item & this time it was put on my account do not refund & send out the correct size item. But a few days later once again they just refunded me. There was no way I was going to buy it at full price for the second time & have to wait for the difference to be refunded again.
I rang up to complain about this & wanted to speak to a manager but one apparently wasn't available but I was assured Laura from customer care would ring me back but she didn't bother. All this has taken 3 weeks &
not a single gesture of goodwill has been offered to me after all this hassle & having my time wasted over & over again.
Will never by anything from Endura after this.

Your sizing chart is inaccurate
Your sizing chart is inaccurate with the large waterproof pants which I urgently needed for a Spain trip last week were more like XL. Whilst it won’t stop me buying Endura products in the future but I was disappointed with the sizing.

The zip pocket
The zip pocket is too small for my phone, I might have to add Velcro to one of the other pockets so I don't lose it. Quality is very good though.

Endura MT500 Waterproof Trouser II…
Endura MT500 Waterproof Trouser II Black.
Bought via Leisure Lakes Bikes. After some 10h of riding in wet weather, the trousers in one specific patch around the saddle start letting in a lot of water, soaking me through 2 layers underneath. When asking the company, they tell me 1) to use mudguards (I can't due to child seats on bike), 2) that maybe it was my own sweat ("moist from within"), and 3) that the DWR coating will wear out. They offered a sachet of Grangers as compensation - when what i really need to do is to throw these £100, 4 month old, trousers in the bin and buy another, better pair. Such bad quality as well as responsibility taking.
