Endura are a great company
Endura were great and although I had a problem with the delivery organisation on my original order, Endura gave me a refund on my postage equal to the discount I would’ve got for my original purchase. Very impressed by their customer care and always impressed with the quality.

First of all I do like Endura gear and…
First of all I do like Endura gear and have been using it for years now. But the first time using the website one of the two items I ordered was canceled with no explanation. The item was still listed but now would not stay in the cart. I was disappointed I was never given a simple reason why it was canceled. I almost felt like I was on fake site. Other than that still going to use Endura.

Underwhelming
Sluggish shipping. Lacking information about different systems of liner / shorts attachment points making certain combinations impossible. Unresponsive customer service. I know they are struggling, but this is not the way to save their business.

Takes too long for a pair of gloves
