Ongoing issues - bed yet to be finished
We ordered a bunk bed from Endurance Beds on 7th May. We are furnishing a new house and this was in anticipation of friends with kids staying in mid-July. We had a few false starts with delivery dates, and when the bed arrived it was minus the slats for the mattresses. We received these via another delivery but then it turned out one of the side rails didn’t have the holes drilled for the bolts and wooden dowels. We were bounced back and forth between Endurance Beds and their Manufacturer for 10 days, with both saying a new side rail had been dispatched, before we were called by the Manufacturer (interestingly Endurance Beds said they had no idea the Manufacturer got hold of our number) to say there had been a mistake, the side rail had not been dispatched, and they would manufacture and dispatch it forthwith. We have now received the side rail, but it is warped, and impossible to fit. Our friends with children have been and gone, we have made at least 25 calls to Endurance Beds along with multiple emails, and we have a bunk bed half constructed taking up our small spare room.
Edit: in response to the comment from the manufacturer below, the order no is #E1541. We eventually received the side rail we were waiting for so I have increased the star rating to 3. However, the whole experience was not great, especially when we were phoning between Endurance Beds and the delivery firm neither taking ownership when deliveries didn't materialise.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the instances you advise above as I do not know your order. We would appreciate you taking the time to contact us to resolve your outstanding issue as we wouldn't want to leave you without use of our wonderfully strong bunk beds.
Bad timing for delivery
After waiting for six weeks for the bed to be delivered,they arrived this morning at 9.30 am, with no prior phone call, 1hr before delivery as promised. We were still in bed when it was deliverd, not pleased with this at all.
