Weak delivery men
They need to urgently review their customer and delivery service
I booked the delivery service to take it to the 5th floor up the stairs. I was asked to confirm whether or not it will fit in the lift, despite providing laser measurements and explaining I could not actually “confirm” more than giving these measurements as I do not have the bed.
I therefore booked the stair delivery service and offered to pay for any delivery option possible (almost 2 months of back and forth).
Then the delivery men arrive and say it doesn’t fit in the lift and they can’t take it up the stairs.
Pathetic tbh, I said leave it and I will do it myself. Lifted both pieces up the stairs to the 5th floor on my own. Would of been much easier with 2 people, also since it’s their job and I paid for it.
The actual bed is alright, but the lifting system doesnt lock well and the headboard does not attach properly

We do take customer service seriously, and while we always aim to provide accurate advice in advance, we rely on the delivery teams to assess access based on what’s physically possible on the day. That said, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused and regret that the service did not meet your expectations, particularly after you went to great lengths to provide measurements and even offered to pay for extra support. Unfortunately the couriers do not deliver past the third floor for insurance and liability reasons. If the lift option was not possible, then the only option for the couriers would be to deliver to the best available area.
We’re also sorry to hear about the issues with the lifting system and headboard. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and we'd welcome the opportunity to put this right. If you haven’t already, please get in touch with our customer care team so we can look into both the product concerns and your delivery experience in more detail.

Not worth it. …
I'm truly disappointed with this bed frame. I had certain expectations, and what I received simply didn't meet them.
Right from the moment I started unboxing this black metal frame, the issues were apparent. It's covered in scratches and scuffs – not minor marks, but noticeable imperfections all over the solid bars and even the grid sections. It has a surprisingly worn appearance, as if it's already seen better days.
Then there's the paint finish, which is quite poor. The paint started shedding dried dust everywhere the second I took the bubble wrap off. And it continued as I tried to put it together! My light grey carpet is now speckled with dark paint residue, which is quite a bother to clean up.
The construction also leaves a lot to be desired. The welds are rough and uneven; in fact, I've scratched my hands multiple times on them during assembly. This really highlights a lack of attention to detail. To add to the assembly woes, the frame's screw holes were covered, and I had to awkwardly remove these covers myself, which just added unnecessary time and frustration to the process.
Overall, the experience with this bed frame has been consistently frustrating due to its quality issues. To top it all off, after all these problems, all I was offered was a £56.93 refund, which honestly feels like a mockery. It's a product that simply falls short, and the resolution offered adds insult to injury.

Incredibly happy with an insanely sturdy bed, though the otherwise simple assembley had complications
I ordered a custom loft bed version of the quad bunk, which is insanely sturdy and has loads of clearance underneath. I'm on the heavier side yet there's no squeaking or wobble to it. The ladder steps are very thin and uncomfortable to climb, but it's an otherwise perfect bed. The assembly was a different story.
Instructions were provided for the bunk version, and while simple, were almost useless, so be wary if you order a loft version. The delivery people also couldn't get it upstairs, so that needed doing ourselves too.
The bed itself is 5 stars and exactly as requested, but I feel custom instructions for bespoke orders would go a long way in easing confusion when building them.

Great bed, great service, let down by tiny drawers.
I bought a super king size bed with some minor customizations (extra slats, under bed drawers, bespoke colour paint). Pre-sales support was excellent, and they were very accommodating.
However I was very disappointed with the drawers that I paid extra for. Given the size of a super king bed I would have expected decent size drawers that I could store all my spare bedding. Instead they were piddling little things which I can barely fit a couple of pillows into.

Very happy with our purchase. The bed frame was as described. Delivery firm used was very good with updates and helpfulness with delivery. Very good customer service too when 1 of the bolts was faulty, with a new one sent the same day.

Bed is good. Mattress uncomfortable.
The platform bed is great and, at the customised length, fits nicely into the space intended for it.
The memory 1200 mattress isn’t very comfortable, as I can feel the springs.
I have had to order a memory foam mattress topper to try to make it comfortable.

I had a mixed experience with Endurance…
I had a mixed experience with Endurance Beds. The customer service was very helpful, promptly responding to my inquiries and assisting me with an accidental order issue. The adult wooden bunk beds I ordered were well-made and looked great. However, the delivery process took over six weeks, and I had to chase up for updates. While the delivery team was efficient and polite, the experience could have been smoother. The beds were solid and required some effort to assemble due to unclear instructions. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.

Superb Quality Bed Frame and Service
Just wanted to say we finally received our bed frame last Saturday and assembled it.
It's fantastic! The custom dimension seems to be spot on with what we discussed and love the quality of it. So sturdy and not a single creak from it when using it - such great quality!

Delivery of Mattress disasterous
Purchased 7 foot cotwold style bed and accompanying mattress. I received a call from the company not long after the purchase to ask if I wanted to put a zip in the mattress for an extra £150 as the courier may damage it in transit. I was confused so just stated 'don't damage it in transit' please. Bed arrived and is of really good quality- sturdy, looks good and the delivery was spot on. The mattress delivery was a disaster, for a 7 foot heavy duty mattress the two slight looking guys could barely lift it off the ground. I was informed at that point that a zip would have been handy to fold it so that it could be easy moved up two flights of stairs. It would have been nice to have been told that on the call I received. They had the audacity to charge me £75 to get it redelivered with two strong fellas this time. These guys had no problem but the mattress had to be folded to get it up the stairs voiding the warranty and there is a slight dent in the middle now. It'a shame as the bed was perfect

However, we regret that the mattress delivery didn’t meet the same standard and understand the frustration caused by the lack of clarity surrounding the zip option. For large, heavy-duty mattresses—particularly in a size like this—our team occasionally recommends adding a zip to make manoeuvring up stairs or through tight spaces easier. Unfortunately, it seems the reasoning behind this recommendation wasn’t explained clearly enough, and we’re sorry for any confusion.
Regarding the delivery service and subsequent charge for redelivery, we sincerely regret that the experience fell short of your expectations. We always aim to deliver a seamless service, and we’re sorry that you were left disappointed, particularly with the impact on the mattress warranty and the reported dent.
It is the customers responsibility to confirm accessibility especially when ordering an over-sized mattress. We cannot be held liable for the fee's accrued for failed deliveries where mattresses cannot make it to the room of choice and are returned by the couriers. Our couriers do seek customers confirmation before attempting to 'force' the mattress into otherwise inaccessible areas.
I apologise that this delivery was not completely seamless. We do learn from every experience and will aim to be more clear in terms of our zip and link service.
