I am using a government-issued computer and my personal computer for the endnote. is there any way to log in to EndNote's own program? to automatically update link on each endonote?

It took a little bit to get used to it and figure out how to cite as you go. Sometimes I have to change the type face and size because it randomly changes. But. I don't think I can write without Endnote now!

Using Grammarly and Endnote made (me) from a person who seized up when assigned a research document or term paper to a person who had the ability to generate a 20 page term paper into a person who now thinks I could teach English,

Good, but the interface could be improved.

I generally have been very happy with Endnote. The one thing that is annoying is that one often has to try twice to link a pdf to a reference. This has been a bug for quite some time and has yet to be fixed.

End Note is simply a wonderful reference manager.

Issue not resolved- still not able to use the program that I purchased

The issue has not been resolved. No response yet to my last update for the fix that did not work

The responses addressed the general problem, but not the specific instance I experienced, In my case, only one Endnote reference was causing COM errors. I suspect it was because Word uses a special character for ' or -, and Endnote couldn't deal with it.

I really love how easy I can add references to EndNote from Google Scholar and other online research websites.

I was unable to cink endnote 20 with word on my mac laptop. No service appeals available from endnote. Blogs on web see similar problem and solutions on web did not work. Most importantly, there seems to way to get help from endnote.

will not buy again. Will switch myself and my laboratory to using Mandalay

I have become dependent on EndNote for my dissertation as well as other academic writing. The reason for the 5 star rating is when I run into issues or bugs, I call, they answer and they help. That seems rare these days to get a person on the phone who listens, can diagnose what is going on and gets me back up and running again.

easier to create subgroups and change formatting of references.

The changes are all improvements. I can manage my sources more quickly and accurately now. I can have multiple libraries open simultaneously and importing citations is a breeze. I use EndNote daily and I could not have finished my forthcoming book on time without it.

Very helpful to have the PDF of the paper available to easily review while working on a manuscript.
Are the menu and platform features are sometimes challenging to figure out

Two of our recent papers, both with extensive references that were much easier to manipulate with EndNote. One paper has already been published in May of last year and another is currently in review. I would have dreaded keeping track of these references "by hand".
