Excellent Customer Service from Ryan at Enreach

Today I attempted to set a temporary voicemail for my work phones with instructions for patients over the bank holiday weekend. I asked for some help and was sent over an easy step by step guide in minutes by the lovely Ryan (customer services team). Sadly, part way through I hit a hurdle and couldn't solve the problem, so called Ryan back, who guided me through what to try, and what to do when the first option failed. I can honestly say I am very impressed with the lengths Ryan went to to help me, and how easy and hassle free he made my experience. Thank you Ryan, you were excellent, polite, friendly and patient. Biggest heartfelt thank you to you!

Brilliant service!!!

Brilliant service!!!! We now have a dedicated customer success manager (Andrew Kendall) who contacts us on a regular basis.
Andrew keeps us up to date with everything and points us in the right direction when we need help, more importanly he follows it through.
Our phones went down yesterday, we emailed Andrew and within minutes we were talking with technical (Ryan) who was very patient in helping us find the fault. Both followed up with an email afterwards. Top Service! thank you.

New phone system transition - seamless

Dealing with Enreach from start to finish has been a pleasure. Each person I have had contact with along the way to change over our phone systems has been fantastic and made the transition so easy and stress free. I couldn't be happier with the service received, from first point of contact to installation day - perfection.

Technical issues…

We have had a lot of technical issues since Enreach upgraded their phone system. We had various issues with different handsets. We asked for an Engineer to attend on site.

Martin attended and spent most of the day fixing the various issues and providing training where necessary. He was very competent and as a result of his efficiency we are up and running without any complications. Thank you Enreach from BMS Solicitors.

To any future or current clients of this business I would really urge you to make sure you haven't been miss lead into signing a ridiculous "Lines and Maintenance" contract.

Having reach what we thought was the end of our 3 year contract on both IT and Telephony you can imagine how gutted we felt finding out one of the Docu-sign contracts wouldn't be 36 months. It was 84 months!

We're currently in the process of challenging this 'dirty-tricks' tactic which has completely blind sided us.

All I can hope by writing this is no one finds themselves in the same position as us and you check and make sure what is sold matches the contract you sign.

The assistance provided was very good…

The assistance provided was very good and satisfactorily dealt with most of my IT issues. However, I am still unable to reconnect my mobile telephone to the office internet and as such this issue does remain unresolved. I am still looking for this issue to be dealt with.

Quick response

Quick response, and very friendly. Andre was able to access my computer and resolve the issue straight away. Even made sure all was working as it should be and setting were configured correctly.
