I think the sugar might help you sleep but it is hardly good for your metabolic health. I would not waste your money on these pills.

I ordered gingko biloba and vitamin K2 supplements on the 20th November. The order was received a few days later. I have been using these supplements for many years and they do me good. Anastore's prices are competitive and I hignly recommend theem.

I have been ordering supplements from the UK for delivery to Ireland. With brexit this has become increasingly difficult with long delivery times and sometimes VAT and Duty to pay. Pleased to say I can now get the same brands of supplements through an EU supplier without the unnecesary red tape. Three orders placed to date and all delivered within the time frame paid for.

My order was the express 24/48 hours. In reality it was 7 days. The day it was originally due I received a message just after 4pm letting me know that delivery could not be made that day. I selected another day, but that came & went, not that I received any info/update. I contacted anastore & it took the next day before they replied. Basically they told me to contact the courier service. Excuse me but I ordered from anastore & they chose the courier service, it's for them to chase the courier. I won't be ordering from them again & I would suggest that no one else should either. Very bad customer service indeed.

Im going through the menapause and just was not sleeping. This has helped so much, as menapausale woman are lacking melatonin who are going through the "peri and menapausae "hadent slept for litrally 2 years. Now i take these and i sleep all through the night. If i wake up i fall back to sleep. litrally changed my life.
