I have not received my order yet. Very very bad follow up. The shipping went wrong and this is the time I don’t even have a clear day of when I will have my order. It has been a real MESS!!

The mask is very uncomfortable on my nose- to the point of having to keep my hand on it for stability. I chose emr-tek after doing a lot of research and I’m pretty disappointed considering the cost of the mask. Also, quite a large section around the eyes is completely shielded from the lights. More eye area skin could receive benefits if this were considered in the design process.
no-one got back to me with a question that was preventing me from checking out so the product was sold out before I got answers and I lost the 50% option . I have been a long long time customer and am very irritated at this happening

This is just to make sure people are cautious before trying technology that hasn’t been around that long! After building up to ten minutes on lowest setting: it did fade scarring a little… but it gave me lines around my eyes and really dry skin, I think I may have either lost some facial fat or elasticity. This was on the red setting for a couple of weeks.
Luis was my personal sales rep. My experience with him was without question the best customer service I have ever experienced. He went above good service and made it GREAT!
The EMR TEK products are superb. I have multiple light systems but these are by far the best. I will purchase these again and recommend to all my customers

This is an update to my earlier review. I, like other people, was very frustrated by the lack of response and follow-through by Customer Support staff when I was trying to get satisfaction from a defective Firefly unit. However, once I connected with a representative, everything was handled promptly and professionally. They sent me a new Firefly, and so far, it works fine. I hope that enough people have complained that they have learned something about good custoer service practices.

So I bought a Firefly in October (Order #44027) and it stopped working properly a few weeks ago. I received various emails from their customer support staff initially, which I responded to, but I never got any resolution on how they were going to help me get my defective product working again. They asked for a video demonstrating how I cannot recharge my Firefly, and I did so 3 times, with ZERO response from their support team.
I am a rep for a Circadian Biology consulting company, and based on my horrible experience, I really cannot recommend any of their products to clients that are investigating photobiomodulation therapy.

I just received the Firedragon PRO along with the Light Stand, and the stand does not fit the product at all. The bracket screw holes do not align with the panel, the plastic isolation columns do not fit, and the provided instruction images do not match the actual product. The instructions are minimal and not helpful, which made the partial assembly frustrating and unclear. VERY disappointing experience. Specifications or fitment for the stand are not on the website.

Update 01/04/26: After seeing my review, the company reached out to me by phone, and a very kind customer service rep went above and beyond to make this situation right. For which I am very grateful. Both missing items are now enroute with tracking numbers, and arriving soon. So adding stars to my original review.
That said, a customer shouldn't need to leave a negative review on Trust Pilot after trying unsuccessfully for a month to reach the company by email about missing items, in order to get a call back.

A horrible experience with this company. I made my order in November, it was for three items, and only one item (a pair of glasses) was shipped. Another pair of glasses and a Firefly device were never shipped. I have sent at least 7 emails to all of the various customer service this company provided since then, and have received no reply. There is no phone number listed anywhere where I can contact the company directly. They have been unreachable. These items were also meant to be a holiday present, but that's beyond the point. The pair of glasses that did ship didn't fit my child, but at this point I'm reluctant to send them back, worrying I'll never get my refund. My order number was Order #51676 , just in case anyone from EMR-TEK actually reads this.
I will be following up with my credit card company to dispute the charges for the two items which never shipped, unless I hear back shortly. I cannot afford to spend such money on products which never arrive.

Scam. Ordered Dec 8th still no product says product shipped theres NO tracking. Tried calling the number i was directed to said it was most likely a scam. I have left several emails with no response back from the company. Updated review. Emr tek reached out via contacting them on their Facebook messages and immediately provided me with a new tracking number. My order is still in Cal.and hasn't been picked up yet (im in fl) which is why Im only giving 3 stars they were prompt in addressing my concern once I could figure out how to contact them

Order not turned up. Customer service non existent. When they did reply they sent me an incorrect tracking to show it had arrived. A different customer name, in a completely different country. Potential data breach? Will be looking to charge back with AMEX

Updated 1/17/2025 - finally received my products and a partial refund (not even the full amount I was told, but whatever). Added 1 star for the helpfulness of my care representative. This process took over a month to complete from original order date. Don’t love that they asked me to upgrade my review either, hence keeping my stars low.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is full of false advertising (shipping time) and more concerned about a positive social media presence than servicing paying customers. They’ve been deleting people’s comments on Instagram asking about their orders. I have had issues with my order since I placed it - no tracking information, had to pester them with emails to ask for tracking info. They first sent me the incorrect color, and when I received a replacement order, it was the same wrong color again. I’m still waiting for my second item - they didn’t share a tracking number for that one, and they’re ghosting my emails and Instagram DMs. I hope I finally get the right product and the second one I’m waiting for - a response to my emails would be nice, too.
