Delivery issues and ordered items missing.
I did the order on 22nd of November and order was sent in 2 different shipments two days later. First one was delivered 18th of Dec and it didn’t contain all what should have been there (2 pieces freya glasses ordered, received only one??) and the other package is still stuck with UPS and no response to my emails when asking help from the customer support! Not good customer service! We have ordered products earlier without any issues but now it’s totally different story.

I wanted to like this company, if you can even call them that. Firstly, I ordered a panel from them in November, and it took about a month to arrive. Not an issue if this would have been communicated. It seems like the main way people actually heard back from them is by having to write them a bad review first, and then a response would come. This tells me they care about protecting their reputation more than actually being a good business that cares about their customers.
Next, I get charged twice for the panel. Over 700 euros I get charged. I’ve reached out on multiple emails, sent multiple times, and nothing. Do they expect me to just have 700 euros floating around somewhere? You would think, if this company valued its customers, it would respond right away and solve this issue. Instead, I have to write a bad review in hopes I can get a response out of them. I’m sorry, but this is terrible business. This company will fail if they keep this up. I loved that their panels were different than the rest, and that they had panels with UV, but when a company shows very little regard for clients, it shows that they just want the money and could care less about anything else.

Defective product on arrival and slow support, but replacement eventually delivered
I purchased the EMR-TEK Firedragon Pro lamp. Unfortunately, the product arrived completely non-functional, and I had to open a support ticket.
The support process was slow and frustrating: I sent photos and videos as requested, but for weeks I didn’t receive clear updates or explanations. The last message I received was on December 27th, 2025, stating that the case was under review.
Only on January 13th did I finally receive a message informing me that a replacement lamp had been shipped a week earlier. Coincidentally (or not), on the same day the new lamp arrived, and it was fully functional.
IN CONCLUSION: the final product works well, but the after-sales support was really slow and stressful (maybe due to balckfriday and Xmass time). I hope they improve their communication, because support matters just as much as the product.

I placed an order with EMR-Tek that clearly stated “customs duties free.” Despite this, I was required to pay the customs tax myself, and the amount has never been refunded. I contacted EMR-Tek three times by email. In the first reply, I was asked to send the receipt for reimbursement, which I did immediately. Since December 30, I have received no response at all. After receiving the products, I contacted them again both to request the customs tax refund and to ask about returning part of the order. No reply. Unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and lack of professionalism.

i excpected the mask to be very good. BUT... what came was just unbelivevably GREAT. fantastic package, very luxurious, perfect as high grade present. Reusable. nice touch was the thank you on the lid and as separate thank you card too. I was humbled. and the mask itself - the materials, the detial of manufacturing and careful selection of luxurious materials is making every day use a joy. the contoller is very nice, top notch design. This is the second issue and refund that I've ask from this seller- same issue like the first time!!!
The order was made thru the website on 11/23/2025-International shipping (which they promise to deliver).
I haven't received a tracking number.
The seller does not have phone customer service , only Email, so I have contacted the company via Email on 12/05/2025 to inquire about my order-instructing to contact me vie phone, due to time difference.
The seller was delayed with replying my Email, as with all the rest of the Emails that followed that one.
I have received an order tracking number to this day.
Last that I've saw, the seller contacted me via Email that the package is in customs and awaits release and if it wont be released by me by 01/09/2026 it will be shipped back to seller.
The seller never contacted me via phone call as instructed. Needless to say that I haven't saw that Email on time and package had not arrived to me.
I have no tracking number from seller , nor forwarder details, so I cant contact customs.
I have Emailed again the seller to ask for those details- replied Email has not been received yet.
I had to ask for a refund from paypal. Will never buy from them again.

I purchased my light for just over $400 during a recent sale. I’ve used it several times and it seems it could have been designed better. I have to fiddle around trying to get the UVA or UVB light to come on. I still don’t know exactly what to press or what sequence causes it to light up? Couldn’t there just be buttons for each option? It’s irritating to me that it isn’t user friendly at that price.

Mixed review! I purchased a pro fire storm (which I love) and stand probably a month ago now. When I tried to set up the stand, one of the parts was defective and could not be assembled. I reached out right away to ask for a replacement part and it took them weeks to even respond. After many emails back-and-forth and 6 weeks later I’m still waiting to receive a replacement. Unfortunately, I bought the light for work and cannot use it properly without the stand.

Being a mom I have to be strategic about how I spend my “me time” and every evening once I get my son to sleep the first chance I get I turn on my red light. My daily red light therapy sessions has become something I look forward to and cherish. I usually suffer from seasonal affective disorder and I normally start noticing my mood shifting in late November every year. I started using the EMR Tek products in the Fall and besides some struggles with being a new mom, I can say with confidence that it helped my seasonal affective disorder. There has not been enough time to rate the efficacy of the therapy I am receiving from my device.
The reason I chose 3 stars is because I would have liked a much more detailed explanation of how to use the device. The Operating Manual reminds me of the first ones that came with complex software in the 80s, where the creators needed to dumb down the instructions for ignorant users like myself. Only in this case I could actually hurt myself if I use it too often or too long or too close.
Had a little issue with my first order, but they were very attentive and got it fixed for me very quickly. The product overall is great. I got the Freya glasses with yellow tint and use them for computer and phone work throughout the day or just watching TV at home. Very recommended 10/10.

The unit that I purchased seems to be well crafted. I have only used it 15 times, not on a regular basis so not sure about the outcome. I was disappointed that there was very little specific information about using the device for different objectives. I would also like to have a little bit more information about the output of the lamps and I've never seen a description of what the COB is. Not sure if I'm looking in the right places or if I missed something but I feel like there are some gaps in the education layer. If I'm able to update this as I learn more and use more I will. Also disappointed that almost every other lamp out there is Flex Spend/ HSA approved and this is not.
I received my order, customer service was very responsive to issues that I had with the order. The glasses look good.

I strongly advise European customers to avoid this company.
I placed an order over one month ago. The only tracking information ever provided says “label created”, which clearly means the product was never handed over to the courier. In other words, the item was never shipped.
Since then, EMR-TEK has completely stopped responding to emails. There has been no explanation, no delivery update, and no refund offered.
Based on this experience, it appears that this company is not capable of delivering orders to Europe, or at least not willing to communicate honestly when problems occur. The lack of transparency and total absence of customer support is unacceptable.
If you value your money and time, especially as a European customer, do not rely on this company.

My order went terribly wrong. It was lost 'somewhere' and I thought I was being fooled. But after communication with EMR-TEK everything worked out fine. They gave me an upgrade of my order and finally after 2 months it arrived. Satisfied customer :)
