I have used this firm twice this year. The first time we had a hiccup which was solved. The second time we did another employment contract with no issues. They even offered further support ongoingly for my business. Now I tried to reach out to them for further and clarity on the contract they written and they are not responding to me and on top of that blocked me from social media platforms and blocked my number from being able to call or message them. I have no idea what’s going on with this firm or why they are behaving this way. It’s very concerning to treat customers in this regard. I can’t even clarify the contract that they’ve written now. I am considering escalating to ACCC and Fair Work.
