As a followup to my previous review, the Team did contact me direct and explained why they had experienced delays and what they were putting in place to resolve the issue - it was a system issue with gift memberships. I truly appreciated the personal call made by Leizel where she gave me a couple of options. I only have one more bottle to arrive and it's on its way. Thanks to the Team for providing a great opportunity to indulge in one of my favourite indulgences.

Very prompt and responsive. The delivery was within the time/ date; and the notification was particularly helpful. More importantly, the follow up to the placement of the order exceed expectations because it reminded me that I had not place a card with the gift.

Well-priced product, good communication, well packaged and shipped promptly.

The order took way too long to deliver. I suspect the item was not in stock then procured then shipped. Otherwise the logistics provider was way too slow. Either way not good enough.

I purchased champagne online in response to an advertisement from the company.
I couldn’t put in the code for the advertised discount which might have been my error or it might have been the fault of the website.
I emailed to ask if the discount could be added after the fact but didn’t hear anything back from emperor champagne.
Disappointing to not have any reply at all.

I have been searching for a way to purchase gifts for family in Australia from the US, where I live. I was delighted to find you. I chose a 4 star review since my father has not received his champagne as yet. His birthday was the 1st of January 2026.

I ordered a piere jouette champagne pack and was sent the wrong version of it. When I queried I was told that the packaging had changed. When I pointed out that I had ordered a specific version from the web site, which included 2 glasses that matched my current ones, I was told that the supplier regularly changes the design.

My issue is that I ordered from the website the specific pack I wanted. It’s a pack available at others stores. Therefore the reasons provided were not valid.

I emailed asking for the process to return the items for a full refund and received no response. I then followed up and again got mo response.

The person I was liaising with ,Kayla, states CEO on the email title.

Honestly if she is the CEO then she’s failed in customer service! They have not delivered what I ordered and now won’t provide return information.

Unfortunately fair trading will now be involved.

I need this matter resolved urgently by Emperor.

Wouldn’t recommend them.

Ordering, payment and delivery went well, as expected. The goods were well packed. Will use Emperor again.

There was a slight confusion with my delivery, but it was all sorted with above expected service. I was very happy.

I was ordering from the UK for a birthday present for a relative in Australia. I thought it would be complicated but the website was easy to use and the order was accepted and delivered within a couple of days. Great and efficient service.

The ordering and delivery process was excellent as was the packaging used.
