Total scam company. Bought 3 suits, received one I didn't order and would never wear, one damaged (without
the tie for the side so its basically a dress with a sheer bottom), and one that looked better on the model. The fit was also not great, unfortunately the suits don't come in a larger size. I reached out to CS and it was delay after delay, each time asking for more information. Can't even get information on how to return without jumping through several hoops. The issue was never resolved and I'm out the money. Should have reviewed more online reviews before ordering.

If you need to return anything, don't expect too. You are responsible for return shipping and customs to China. Even after at least 5 emails still on will give you 15% of your money back. This is their response:
Our warehouse is in China.(Shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose). In addition to shipping costs, there are also tax and customs clearance issues that you need to bear, and we must receive the product before we refund you. It takes a long time and is risky.
In this case, could you consider a partial refund, such as 15% of the products? Thank you.

The sizing is for small people! The return process is very difficult. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Since they’re overseas, that coat is close to amount paid for garment. They offer only 5% refund option if you choose not to send suit back. This is a scam in my opinion and I strongly caution anyone from doing business with this company!!

I purchased a swimsuit from this company and unfortunately it was not a good fit for me. Ive been speaking to an agent for several days and the only benefit they would give me is 10% refund. How inappropriate. Im willing to return the item but I'm not paying shipping fee to China plus international fees. I was not informed I was buying out of the USA. I would like a full refund given as I know other customers have been refunded in full. Customer service is not the best.

I ordered 3 different styles and honestly they were all great. The leaf 🍃 one piece is so elegant. All of my friends loved it. I also ordered a tankini to exercise on the beach 🏖️ all were true to size. Size small. 121 pounds. 5’1”

I absolutely love my Emo Swimsuits! The quality is amazing, the material is comfortable, and they fit true to size. As a mom, I really appreciate that they offer great coverage while still being stylish and flattering. I felt confident wearing them all day, whether I was at the pool or the beach. The colors and designs are even prettier in person, and they held up perfectly after washing. I would not recommend buying from this company. I ordered 4 swimsuits and they do not fit. The size chart is not accurate at all. I emailed them to return and their response was “returning these items is not a good option for you” even though they advertise that returns are an option. DONT Waste Your money! Rotita has the same styles for same price and they accept returns/exchanges without any hassle.

I have emailed 5 x to return two bathing suits which dont fit. No response. I wont be recommending this company to anyone.
