Terrible service and unprofessional conduct — avoid at all costs.
We booked an end-of-tenancy clean with an estimate of 2 cleaners for 10 hours. Only one cleaner arrived on time; the second showed up over an hour late. In total, they stayed no more than 7 hours. The cleaning was subpar, and worse, they damaged several items in our home: they disconnected the internet during work meetings, broke two bespoke shutters and left them aside without acknowledgment, and even knocked a radiator off the wall.
We’ve spent over a month trying to resolve this, with no meaningful response. Although a small refund was offered for the poor cleaning, we are still significantly out of pocket due to the property damage. Extremely disappointing experience.

If you are here because you are looking for someone to carry out your end-of-tenancy clean, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
I booked my clean with eMop for what I thought was a reasonable price compared to other service providers on the market. I was then charged an additional £40 on top of the fee quoted. I could've lived with this if the cleaning had been done properly. Regarding the experience, I had two cleaners turn up on the day, not dressed in uniform and carrying a small gym bag holding what was supposed to be their equipment. They did not have a vacuum cleaner or a mop with them. Naturally, this was the first red flag. They spent a total of 4.5 hours at the property for a combined of 9 hours (they charged me accordingly) of cleaning, and the result was shocking. Light fixtures were covered in dust, carpet floors had not been hoovered (obviously), the top of the fridge was full of grime, door architraves were full of dust, the bath panel was dirty, tiled floors were greasy and with streaks, and the floors underneath cabinets had not been cleaned. For an end-of-tenancy clean, it was absolutely terrible.
The customer service today has been as bad as the cleaning itself. No answer to multiple calls and received an email hours ago requesting some photos and still not had a response.
Just avoid at all costs.
