Fantastic service from Emma Bridgewater. Order for four seconds flower mugs came quickly and delivery details constantly updated. One arrived broken despite adequate packing. It was replaced after photographic evidence and no quibbles within 24 hrs. Incredible.

Beautiful cake dome, excellent customer service
I ordered a gorgeous cake dome (I’ve ordered two previously which were perfect and well packaged). Unfortunately the dome I recently received was broken in transit and the replacement was faulty but customer services dealt with this speedily and sent a further replacement. Thank you for excellent customer service and a beautiful glass cake dome. Please could you consider producing more cake plate designs to go with dome? It would be lovely to have a choice of plates, maybe seasonal as well as some floral?

I will never buy a product from this…
I will never buy a product from this site again. They use Evri and I never received the order. I needed to sign a denial of receipt and this has taken a week already. I placed the order for my friends brithday that was two weeks away and now I won’t have it in time if at all. It has not been a easy purchase and wish I never chose this brand

The Union Jack tea pot
The Union Jack tea pot , gorgeous. Loved it first time it was for sale , missed it , so when it came up for sale again and it was reduced, happy it’s on my shelf. The cocoa mug love it. The shape of the mug is beautiful, it was a second but the mistake is in the writing . So many lovely things, I love shopping with Emma Bridgewater. Easy to use website and so happy you have a choice of posting options available.
