I used Emin Read when I was selling my home and I was very happy with their service. Emin Dozgic, Ann-Marie, Andrew and the team were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Excellent service. I can't recommend Emma Saxby of Emin Read's enough. Emma successfully supported me to purchase my first flat. She was professional, proactive, and thorough, and her communication was excellent throughout. Emma clearly explained the process to me at every stage, continuously kept me up to date on the progress of the sale, replied to messages promptly, chased the seller's solicitors when needed, and made me fell confident throughout the entire process. When there were delays at the seller's end Emma handled the situation deftly and ensured that we completed as promptly as possible, while keeping me informed every step of the way. My experience of dealing with Emma Saxby at the Battle office has been exceptional. In dealing with different Solicitors over many years I have never had one like Emma. I never once had to remind her or ask her to chase somebody. Being on the ball doesn’t begin to describe her. I have never known any Solicitor to reply to emails so quickly. Its not everyday an estate agent raves about how good a solicitor is on a property transaction. Normally we are enemies up to completion.
Emma Saxby has been a godsend not only did she get the conveyancing on this transaction done in record time (6 Weeks) but also gave honest advice to our mutual clients. She went above and beyond and really showed her amazing personality by coming up with solutions and the best plan of actions to tackle each issue faced. I did not have to chase her for any updates she always kept me informed and always very easy to get a hold off.

My experience with Emin Read Solicitors during the sale of my family home due to a divorce was disappointing. Throughout the process, I felt consistently excluded from vital communications. Despite reaching out to David Read to request inclusion in these communications, my efforts were unfortunately ignored. The notification about the exchange and completion dates came abruptly, merely a day prior to each event, leaving me feeling uninformed and disconnected.

The lack of professionalism I had from a solicitor was shocking her aggressive tone and manner (Victoria) was very off putting which is a shame because I spoke to a lovely receptionist who was very helpful and had great customer service and set the tone well it’s just a shame Victoria wasn’t able to step up to their level of service.

This is the second time using Eminread and both experiences have been first class.
Buying and selling both properties was as always stressful, but these solicitors are absolutely amazing from start to finish we were kept informed of developments. Everything was done in a timely manner no hanging about.Always responded to calls and emails.

Would absolutely recommend if you are in the process of buying a property. Sacha was excellent, his experience meant he picked up issues during the process that other solicitors previously hadn't on the property. This enabled us to resolve them pre-purchase. Will definitely use Emin Read's services again.
