I booked a car pick up deliver for MOT a month a head and they called me that they dont do it, i need to take it there, then they told me i need to book 2 month ahead, whereas their system was clearly allowed multiple dates even earlier. So either I was lied to or they have a very misleading bad booking system.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a Renault Captur from EMG at Bury St Edmunds. Having dealt with many car dealerships over the years we were extremely impressed by the overall approach, professionalism and the way the purchase process made us feel comfortable, not rushed and fully informed at all times. Paul and Alan even arranged for heated seats to be retrofitted to the vehicle upon request. EMG took care of any minor blemishes we had noticed on the car, serviced it and basically delivered in all areas. This is what good looks like in car sales ! !

Dealing with EMG Kings Lynn to source a used car was a problem free and most enjoyable experience. Credit for that has to go fully to the sales contact - Jamie. His approach from first contact, through to the point I drove away in the vehicle was exemplary - clearly someone that has been in the trade a long time and knows the right way to deal with prospective customers. Although I was looking to purchase a vehicle that had been traded in and was not one of the EMG franchise makes, his knowledge of the vehicle was spot on and it was clear he appreciated the reasons for my interest in that specific car, and made me confident it would be presented to me in the best possible condition, at time of collection. That proved to be the case, with there being clear investment by EMG in addressing a minor bodywork defect, the wheels, and overall the cleanliness of bodywork and interior. I was left with the feeling they had gone above and beyond what many dealers would do for a used vehicle, and that, combined with the experience of dealing with Jamie, meant I drove away an extremely happy customer!

Saw the car on Autotrader and went from there, every member of staff was polite, helpful and knowledgeable no pushy salespeople. Easy to do business with and car is great, would highly recommend.

I sold my car to EMG Motor Group (David Baldwin). Immediately after the online auction I received a call from David. He was prompt and professional with communication all along . The car was collected as arranged and the money paid without any delay. The ownership transfer was done by David immediately. I must also mention his colleague, Rupert who collected the car is a thorough gentleman---polite and professional. Overall very pleased.

Can only speak as I find. Found a car online 170 miles away from me. Contacted Ely Kia branch and my queries and purchase were handled very efficiently by Michael de Quidt. I was impressed by not only the car but the service I received. You can't be sure of a car until you've driven it, a local test drive tells you very little. I took the scenic route home using all types of road. 170 miles later, I'm delighted. Thanks EMG and especially Michael.

Great experience at Kia Cambridge. We were dealt with by Ian Stackman and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Provided us with any information requested but wasn't pushy and left us to make a decision in our own time about purchasing the car. All went very smoothly with purchasing the car and Ian has been very helpful with any after sales queries. A positive experience all round.

Spotted the vehicle I wanted online and made a telephone call and was quickly able to speak to a sales person. I visited next day, tool a test drive and agreed a purchase. Efficient process, no bull shit and a deal which I regard as very satisfactory.

Purchased a used car from EMG 28 Feb 25, the salesman Paul was great, very friendly, really helpful and not at all pushy. I had 2 cars I wanted to look at, but settled on the first one I'd seen, very clean and tidy. Paul said he'd keep in touch, which he has. Overall a good experience!
