Had been looking for a KIA EV3 and saw the well priced example listed at EMG C/bridge. I enquired via CarGuru and they came back very quickly which was great. The salesman Youssif Rahman was great,... See more

Jamie Worman gave us excellent and outstanding customer service. He explained everything to us and was so patience with us too. I would strongly recommend EMG at Kings Lynn if you are looking for a new or used car. You have nothing to lose. This is my second Kia Sportage from this dealership. 👍

The Salesman John in Thetford listened to what aspects I needed in my new car and found the car to suit me. Made the sale process very easy.

My experience at EMG Kia Kings Lynn was memorable because the quality of their facility, experience, knowledge and overall professionalism is apparent from the first 'hello'. I bought an assured used Kia Stinger. The genuine friendliness and warmth from Jamie and Bob throughout the process was truly refreshing!

Jamie our salesperson is very knowledgeable and also incredibly polite right from my initial enquiry about the car through to completion of the sale and after he called to ensure we where comfortable with the new vehicle, a brilliant salesperson and a great dealership, this has reinstalled my faith in main dealers.

EMG KIA ELY. We had seen a Kia Sportage online the day before, so we called the following morning ( Saturday 10th May) at 9am to check it was in stock, which it was. On arrival, we were introduced to Matthew, who had only been working at the site for about 4 weeks. Immediately I felt relaxed and comfortable with him. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient. We had a little talk, told him what we wanted and he swiftly took us out to view the car & arranged a test drive. We were happy with the car and the next steps were explained. Hubby had just done a night shift so Lawrence sorted out the finance bits swiftly. We paid our deposit, finance was sorted the same day and car was ready to collect after a polish by the Wednesday 14th May. Handover was straightforward. It's been a while since we bought a car and had been to see a few before visiting EMG Kia Ely, which had not left us with high hopes. However, I wish we would have visited this branch sooner. Absolutely fantastic hassle free service, everyone was polite and welcoming. We had the kids aswell and even they were shown some attention, extra seats were brought over, coffees made, had a little laugh and joke. They really are a lovely bunch at Kia Ely. Matthew the newest addition, is a pleasure to deal with, a real credit to the team. Would definitely recommend this branch. Thank you so much! Stacey and Filip 😊

I bought a 21 plate Nissan Navara NGuard last year from EMG Group Nissan in Kings Lynn. I was told it had a full service history and the remainder left to run on the factory warranty.
After I’d had the truck a few months a low oil warning came on and I opened the filler to top it up, where I found white sludge on the cap. On contacting the dealer (which is 3 hours drive from me) I was told “don’t worry, take it to any main dealer and they’ll sort it”. When my local main dealer took it in they informed me there was no service history on the database and therefore no warranty. The oil was so bad they didn’t think it’d ever been serviced, recommended it have an oil flush and refill with new oil and filter, but they couldn’t guarantee the engine hadn’t sustained damage. So after having had to pay for that I went back to EMG Kings Lynn and demanded action. They first offered to do a service and vehicle health check and I’d be on my way again. No chance, I’d paid well over the odds for what turned out to be a no service history, unwarrantied truck with a potentially damaged engine. I wanted a replacement vehicle or a refund. After many weeks to-ing and fro-ing (usual car dealer rubbish “oh, he’s not at his desk”, or “oh, he’s on annual leave”, or “oh, he’s with a customer”, or “he’ll definitely call you back today” (rarely did), they said they couldn’t find an equivalent vehicle to swap it with, so they’d buy the vehicle back for over 3 grand less than I paid. I was pretty furious, with all the trouble and inconvenience I’d been put to, including having to hire cars to get around in due to EMG saying I couldn’t put any mileage on the truck or they’d charge me. I’d have expected a full refund and compensation! The thought of court action and months or years of dragged out proceedings led me to accept, so eventually they took back the truck and paid me.
Anyway, anyone thinking of purchasing DP21 CWF, my advice is to steer well clear. It’s a sweet looking truck but you could be in for a heap of trouble. Also avoid EMG Kings Lynn, I really had expected more from a main dealer.

Purchased a second hand electric Kia Soul from EMG Cambridge & sales advisor, Robert Duncan, could not have been more helpful. He kindly brought the vehicle to EMG Kings Lynn to save us a long journey but had previously sent a video of the vehicle which had decided us to buy.

The experience at EMG Thetford was great because of John Pratt. His professionalism was excellent, both myself and wife had a test drive and we were very happy with the car. There was no hard sell, no pressure to buy a car and it felt like I'd known John for years. He answered all our questions and explained all options for a purchase. Even though the showroom had closed we were under no pressure to leave. In the end we didn't purchase the car we test drove but purchased the same car with very low miles from one of their other branches. John arranged for it to be brought to them and prepared it ready for collection. The car was amazing it had been polished and valeted. Handover was really easy as I'd arranged my own finance and John arranged to have the finance on my own car paid off which was easier than arranging that myself. The trade in value for my car was far higher than everywhere else we'd been offered. Its hard to fault the service we received but in short it has been the best buying experience of all the cars I've bought beating other manufacturers and dealerships with ease. Id highly recommend EMG Thetford for your next car whether its a Kia or not and in particular John for his professionalism, knowledge and commitment to ensuring I got the perfect car prepared to the highest level ready for collection.

I would not recommend EMG Bury St Edmunds because I part exchanged my Convertible car with them for the same model of car I already had but in a 5 door which suited my terminally Ill grandmothers care needs better, EMG knew I was buying the car off them to help assist my terminally ill grandmother who has lung cancer.
I paid for the car over bank transfer in good faith from a distance by seeing a video sent over, in this video they stated it was in good condition, no faults etc, I had no reason to not trust EMG at this point.
Upon collection, the car Dealer had to come to the post office with us to tax the vehicle, he is a smoker, so we presumed the dealer was the smell in the car for the journey… sadly he wasn’t the smell, we got the car half way home & it became apparent it was the car & it absolutely stank!
We drove it straight to the car wash & cleaned the vehicle where we found a small burn mark, nail clippers, chewing gum, glitter as well as the stench of fags & the parcel shelf was broken, I informed EMG less than a few hours after collection & emailed pictures.
The following day the smell was still rancid, so off I went to another car wash to have it valeted, where we then discovered not only the car was riddled with smoke smell, the bumper also had two cracks in it as well as a cracked brake light & the surrounding paint work looked strange subtle but strange, like it had possibly been in a accident or hit something, I called EMG, emailed pictures & they apologised, acknowledged they had missed the damage & would be in touch on Monday to resolve the issues.
Monday morning I took the vehicle to my local garage to look over it, the car had been in my possession less that three days at this point, the garage discovered the Pollen filter had not even been changed like the paper work issued by EMG stated it had been, the filter was black with filth, this then sadly confirmed my complete lack of trust in EMG, I spoke to the manager & requested a full refund instead of any offer of fixing the faults with the car.
Unfortunately EMG have gone on to cause me nothing but unnecessary stress by denying my consumer right to short term reject the vehicle within 30 days due to faults, they’ve Gaslit myself to insinuate I am somehow at fault & should of complained on site before I left & said the car is not faulty, even though they have acknowledged the faults & offered to “fix” them.
They refuse to acknowledge my very real concern of Third-hand smoke, which is the residue of cigarette smoke that sticks to surfaces, can linger for months and pose potential health risks to myself & especially my terminally ill grandmother as well as the fact they did not disclose the smell or the fact the car clearly has material defects when I purchased the vehicle due to smoke.
I am now currently stuck with a car I cannot use as I have had to involve citizens advice & sadly it now looks like I’ll been taking EMG to court unless they can do the honourable thing and except my request of returning the vehicle for a full refund.
